I’ve been coming to Cross Kicks now for a few months and am seeing great improvement in my energy, strength and endurance. Everyone at the gym is friendly and Jesse is great trainer and person and genuinely wants to help you achieve your goals. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Jesse is amazing. Super friendly and all the people I have met there have been super nice. Everyone is very encouraging, and I love seeing everyone progress day by day. I started not being able to do one push up and now I can do more than 10. My attitude has changed throughout the day when I go work out. My favorite part is that I just go and get it done. I don't have to come up with a workout routine. They do that for you there and I love it.

Seriously the best gym in the area! And I've been a member of ALL of them at some point! This is the kind of place you WANT to go work out, no matter what shape you're in.... The coaches are the best, you basically get a personal trainer every day all the time to help modify to your fitness level, or if you have some kind of injury, you will have a professional to help you through it. And make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and effectively. But the best part is the workouts are FUN and the people are like FAMILY! Everyone loves this place and it's definitely worth checking out! Jesse, the owner, will make you feel at home the first day, and the members will welcome you!
