Great place to get my CF fix! It's my go-to box when I'm in town visiting my son and his family. Members were friendly, coach gave some good tips and space was large. I'm sure I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I’ve only been a member for less than a month (did a drop-in & a trial week beforehand), but Arioch didn’t disappoint in the slightest. Greg, the owner, was incredibly accommodating to me as I was discussing membership, and navigating switching gyms from my previous affiliate in Chicago.Stepped in and didn’t miss a beat. The people are great, the energy is exactly what you’d want it to be, and the coaches match their enthusiasm with their knowledge/skill set. I’ll update as time goes on, but first impressions are everything. This place knocks it out of the park in that regard.

Thoroughly enjoy the programming, coaches, and members. The classes are well run and keep to schedule. 24/7 gym access is also a huge benefit for times you cannot make a class. There are people of all fitness levels. Welcome to anyone looking to get in a good workout.Never had better programming. It's so convenient to just show up and know you'll be leaving fitter. 💪

This place literally help me save my life, I have been a member for a few years now and Greg, Colin, Nikki, Jesse, Stephanie, and the coaches that have moved on have been a huge part of my journey wether they know it or not.
