my wife had been going to OTF back in 2020 & then we had requested for the cancelling the membership. Recently in Nov 22 , Dec 22 , Jan 23 & Feb 23 , we got charged for the membership even though we had requested to cancel. The best part was I called the OTF Bartlett 2/25 and the reply I got from the front desk was epic - "your membership was on hold and then it was auto active and as per the policy if we cancel the membership today you will be charged for the next month as well"After multiple calls the owner called back and offered to return only two month of Monthly subscription. It does not make sense to pay $400 dollars for 4 months for just not answering to the phone calls from OTF team , it does not give authority as per the Orange Theory policy to charge my card. I have file a dispute for the charges , I hope to get the $ back , but a learning with the reputed fitness company with autopay setup. Owner cancelled the membership on phone , but I visited the branch to have it confirmed on member cancellation. Wish this does not happen to other Customers.
