I love that I can modify my workouts when needed, and that I can see my heart rate on the screen! It really helps me stay in check so I make sure I am getting the most out of my workout to see the results I am working towards! All of the coaches I have met are so amazing, friendly and helpful, its the best of both worlds! I get a group workout atmosphere, as well as individual coaching and help when needed. After having my twins I never thought I would be able to take the time needed to get back into shape, but OTF has made it easy. I am definitely not at my goal fitness level yet, but I am starting to see small changes every week. I know with OTF I will absolutely get there. A huge thank you to my home gym, you guys are making it easy for me to see myself meeting and exceeding my goals!

I started attending this OTF more than 2.5yrs ago because I became complacent in my fitness schedule. I had completed several distance races but felt the need to get some competition and community in my fitness routine. 2.5yrs later I remain excited by the variety in my workouts, motivated by the intensity, and optimistic about the community it is creating.OTF turned out to be much more than a workout for me. The coaches are great & personable because I have taken the time to build rapport with them. They challenge me. This is what I am personally looking for and it’s been great. Highly recommend

Lisa (and Tom),I just wanted to drop a line to congratulate you on your third anniversary in Geneva. I know first hand how hard it is to run a thriving business and you guys are doing an exceptional job. The mechanics of the operation are one thing, but even more challenging (and stressful) are driving your unique culture to provide employee fulfillment and customer delight. You have hired outstanding talent at all three studios...at all levels. Every employee is friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and highly service-oriented. It's easy to find an expert in a specific discipline, but rarely do you find that, PLUS the personal moxie each exemplify on a daily basis.I keep my ear to the rail each and every day. Your customers are fully committed and very happy with your studios. This goes back to you and your staff maximizing a strong sense of community that extends well beyond the 60 minutes of sweat.Well done!

It definitely works you as hard as you can work.I have never been to the gym and been this involved. Motivational that not everyone around you is on a cellphone or watching a TV...walking. No one loitering on equipment you want to use...I know how to do the workouts...the gym equipment at regular gyms...I never knew how to use any of it.One hour means one hour, and that means a lot to all of us with crazy lives. I do not have time to go to the gym 3 hours a day, therefore...this is the best option ever.Still cheaper than a personal trainer.

Great coaches that communicate well before (setting expectations) and during (reminding you what to do) class. Front desk staff are also encouraging and cheerful. I love that they have a 5am class, sets me up for the day!

If I didn't walk in the door at #otfgeneva, I wouldn't be able to share my experience today. My wonderful and dear friend Jaye got me started in the fitness world. A huge thank you to her. She is the one person who has always believed that I could do more than I thought I could. 18 months ago, one of my dearest friends, Donna, introduced me to Orange Theory. I was the person who said, "NO way could I ever do that"! Two knee replacements, Never! Well I'm here to tell you that I love it. I look forward to my workouts. I am my only competition and strive to get stronger every time I walk in the door. Every single coach I have met has been so supportive. Words aren't enough to describe it. I have to say that Addie has helped me this whole time emotionally get through some rough times as I returned from my second knee replacement. Thank you, OTF for all you do and continue to do. I'm blessed by all who believed I can do it!

Orangetheory has become a necessity in my daily life. The workout pushes me to new limits. I feel stronger and more energized everyday. Not to mention, the coaches, support staff and fellow participants could not be kinder or more supportive!

I love the workouts, the coaches, and all of the staff at the OTF Geneva location. I’ve been going regularly to Orangetheory for the last 10 months and highly recommend it. The coaches are motivating, the workouts are challenging and the results have been worth every push, all out, and splat point!

My experience at OTF has been wonderful. I used to be a member in Miami-Country Walk. The Geneva location is amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love interval training, the diversity in the workouts, and the support from the coaches. I had my first class last week at the Geneva location and it was great!!!!! Coach Addie rocks!!!!

Orange Theory workouts vary from day to day so you never get bored. The class is broken down into small blocks. I love that I can focus on smaller goals (30 seconds here, 90 seconds there) which helps me get through each block. Soon enough the hour is over. The coaches are motivating and not intimidating. The loud music helps me trudge through the treadmill. The front desk is friendly and I'm amazed at how they remember the names of so many people.I would say that attending OTF has not only changed my body physically (I haven't been this fit since USAF basic training) but mentally as well. I crave the exercise. On my rest days I sometimes drive by the building and see cars outside and get FOMO. I started working on vacation, which I have never done in my life--EVER.
