Pretty good local gym, but they need to update the sound system. God forbid you forget your headphones; you’re stuck listening to the sound of a skipping CD for your entire workout. It’s like that most nights I’m there.

Super clean gym. Great staff. It's got everything you need for a good workout and dbells go up to 100.

Very good small gym. Lots of useful machines and free weights. There's also a small studio that has bumper weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, etc. I really like the location because it's not usually crowded at outside peak hours.
