I love the Max!  I've been a member for over 4 years and I still find it motivating and challenging.  The instructors are awesome...they make working out fun with a different workout every day!  During the pandemic they offered virtual classes so we could continue our program at home...they still offer virtual and recorded classes which is really helpful.  Joining the Max is the best thing I ever did!

The MAX is the most amazing gym I’ve been a member of. I never enjoyed working out and now I genuinely look forward to going to the gym. The MAX is more than a gym- it’s a community- I’ve learned so much about nutrition and listening to my body to do what works best for me. I’ve seen some of the best results since I started working out here. I’ve never been this consistent with my exercise and nutrition and I’ve made some incredible friends along the way!

April 2022 I joined the maxx to get back on track with my fitness goals. In my 1st 10/week challenge I achieved great results. The encouragement and support from (shout out to Sarah) along the way was amazing. All the staff there go above and beyond to make it a great experience at every class for their clients! I love the new friends I made !! The Maxx is such a positive environment to be in that you can’t help push that bit harder and aim just a bit higher!! Dulce #team2

Super supportive environment and total “no judgement zone.” Instructors at the Max are all about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, whatever they are. All classes are aimed at all fitness levels, offered multiple times every week day, and over the course of a week, you’ll get a great mix of HIIT cardio and strength training. A 10-week challenge will get you 50 different workouts - no repeats, so it never gets boring! Nutrition guidance is included and especially when combined with the workouts, you will definitely see results. The best part is the fun. If you can’t imagine the words “fun” and “workout” in the same sentence, come experience the community created by the instructors and staff at the Max Challenge of New Providence - you won’t be disappointed.

The Max Challenge of Springfield/Union is the best fitness experience i have come across. Not only am I a member but I am an employee. If you need support for working out and nutrition this is the place to be. Always get personal attention from the staff and it feels like a second home. I also would like to mention the cleaning protocol is second to none in these trying times. Sanitized several times daily.

Looking for a that place to change your life during these pandemic times? Well then look no further than the Max Challenge!!! I’ve been a member for over 2 and half years and its always a challenge, classes are fun, instructors are there to help/ guide you and working out never gets boring. Since the pandemic has started they haven’t stopped the program and there safety precautions are top-notch. I feel safe working out at the max because everything is cleaned/ wiped down if any equipment is used and also an air purifier is used in center for that pesky COVID virus. Plus you can workout with or without a mask without being judged. Max challenge is a great place to workout, to get or stay in shape and keep your immune system strong for the next virus that hits the world!!! So come on down!!!!

This place is amazing!!! I have been trying to lose 20 lbs for 20 year!! I finally EXCEEDED that goal and now I’m thinner than I’ve been in 30 years!! The fitness and nutrition are straight forward and easy to follow. The owners are awesome during covid we never missed a class. They pivoted offered the best and safest workouts. One they were allowed to open they offer both in center and zoom . The cleanliness and safety are exceptional. The trainers make me want to never miss a day.

The Max Challenge is a great place to set your New Year’s resolution of getting fit and eating right. You work out 5 days a week and each week you’re on a manageable and easy to stick to meal plan (a meal plan that makes you eat right). None of that fad diet plans. No need to fast or not eat a meal or a liquid diet. Eating and exercising the right way. You’ll also meet great and wonderful people who encourages you to do your best. The trainers are awesome too.2021 was a better year but also it was another tough year for all. We eventually were able to go into center with masks. Then there was a point when we didn’t. Through out the whole year, the Max was there. In person or virtually. Every single day of the week. Who does that?? The MAX did.The MAX team of trainers always kept their members working out every single day of the week. They scheduled several (not just 1 but 3) recorded workout every day. Then they did virtual live classes. The trainers were always there to keep their members motivated with their inspirational statements; and just being there in front of us to keep going. They care and NEVER gave up on their members. Who does that?? The MAX does.Their dedication to the members are amazing. The MAXers are THE BEST!!
