The Max is the only place I’ve felt comfortable working out, from day one I was hooked. They challenge and push you but to your level. There’s no drill sergeant screaming but always an encouraging word. Workouts are challenging and fun. The meal plan is effective and easy to follow. No crazy meals or tiny portions, just real food. The Max is family, other Maxers encourage you along the way. I started seeing results in a couple of weeks. I’m not done and still have ways to go but I’m so glad I joined.

What can I say about the Max (of Union and of New Providence)? The Max is the best place to work out that I have ever found. I started my Max journey in January of 2015 and with the exception of vacations, work away from home and one week when I was sick, I have attended every day. The owners of these two Maxes, Allison and Amy and their trainers are always there to encourage, commiserate, teach and help us on our way to a healthier lifestyle. I would recommend (and I have) joining the Max to anyone who is serious about their health. The Max is a judgement-free zone, where we all work together realize our own healthy path.

The Max Is not your typical gym. It's more of a social gathering of like minded men and women all motivated by one another to be better. I dropped 30lbs and lost 16 inches my first 10 week challenge and better yet am no longer need insulin or high blood pressure medication!!! Challenge yourself with the MAX, you won't regret it!!!

The Max Challenge program is amazing, I've been struggling with trying to change my diet, work out and lose weight without any success. I walked into the Max on a whim one night and that was the best impromptu decision I ever made. The Max is teaching me about nutrition, how to eat the right foods and is keeping me moving with the exciting workouts. It's challenging but so worth it!! If you're looking for a healthier life style and great results, this is the place!!!!

The MAX challenge has been my favorite place to workout for the past 3 years! It's been the most successful workout and nutrition program I've ever been apart of ..you get real results! Motivating instructors! Inspiring stories from other members! Confidence boosting and strength gaining, both mentally and physically. You will have no regrets!

Just celebrated 2 years at The Max. Joining The Max was the best decision I’ve ever made. Taking time to care of our bodies is important and The Max nutrition plans and workout routines have made that possible. I’m forever grateful to The Max Challenge team for their hard work and dedication and for the great group of friends that I’ve made along the way. We’re each other’s support group.The Max is not your typical gym, you become part of the Max family here. Everyone is always there to help guide you through workouts, nutrition and moral support.We CAN do it!!! Dedication and perseverance makes it possible and all worth it. Unbelievable instructors. This place is an ADDICTION!!! approaching my 40th week!! Never ever have I stuck to a workout regime like this before. Being accountable is key!! Mind, body and soul workout is the theme and it WORKS! DOWN 40lbs and 30 inches!!! And muscles to boot!!! #5amwarrior!!! Safia is a trainer not to be reckoned with!!! Energy not to be compared with!! Especially at 5am!!! I'll save a place on the mat for ya!!!

Started my first Max Fit Challenge September 2016 and became a Legacy member in November been going strong since; almost 6 months w/ no missed check ins. The instructors are amazing and the energy in the room from all the members is always happy and energized! I love the Max, seeing results I didn't see with an ordinary boring gym.
