Best core workout in town. Ian and the rest of the staff are such good, patient coaches. I feel stronger every day as a result of this brilliant workout that promotes muscle confusion and full body strength and endurance.

It changed the way I used to think about myself. It's really tough to push myself initially, but now it's difficult to quit.

Recently joined after trying the 21 day challenge and it's worth it. If you're thinking about joining and aren't sure try the 21 day challenge and if you stick with it you won't be disappointed.

Recharge is an intense workout that pushes you to your limits. It is structured so it is over before you know it and you are left craving more.
