After they took over the other gym they kept my membership at 40$ instead of there membership of 24$ for 8 months this went on u til I found out that you had to ask them to change your membership . I was a member for 9 years and this is how they treat you ! They even turned me over to collections screw them!!!! I will never step foot in any of there gyms poor way to run a business!

Great gym

Some 50+ year old guy approached my niece who was power lifting (picture a manerly, sweet, smart college girl in for break who likes to workout). She was inappropriately spoken to by a random trainer (short Italian guy) asking her to be quiet (as she lowered nearly 275lbs onto the floor, not even a grunt & the most quiet drop). Maybe I should add her to my lifetime fitness diamond account in Virginia instead of this gym. We were infuriated hearing the inappropriate, obnoxious big mouth talking to my niece. Had you said that to any female in Virginia you would've gotten verbally put in your place. Get a clue & stop bullying beautiful strong smart college girls.

I took a tour of the gym in February as I had been currently going to a chain I just wasn’t excited about anymore.From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and accommodating. I immediately received a tour and upon signing up, I got two months for just $20 and a free training session. I hadn’t intended on doing any training, but I had liked the trainer and thought it could be really good for me. Fast forward to now, just a little over 6 months later, and I absolutely love it here! I’m still going training and look forward to it every week. Everyone here is so nice and motivating. They have a wide variety of equipment, a track, classes, pool, and sauna. You won’t find a better facility with better people.

0 stars tony was rude and unhelpful this place is a joke I will make sure I tell everyone I can to avoid this gym

Tony was not helpful the plans are ok and the prices are good but he's very very rude wouldn't go here

signed a 3 month contract special for personal training…Tony tries saying at the end of 3 months that it was for 6 months and no where in the contract did it specify the length. Also refused to do a refund when I was not supposed to be billed for next cycle.

I love coming here. It is a wonderful place to exercise.

Do not do business with this place.I paid $1500 for 3 months for a trainer and my trainer no showed on me over 6 times. I get put with a new trainer and she cancels on me over 20 times in the course of 2 months.When I asked Tony the manager for a refund because of this. I get told, No you're under contract and I did not even get an apology. Then they won't even let me transfer my trainer sessions to someone else.Do not give them your money. Do not sign anything. They will do nothing for you when you have a bad experience.

So much fun. I don't even care about getting up early in the morning to go. Best gym ever. Alot to offer also. Annette is #1!!!!!!!!
