I just joined Planet Fitness in the West Erie Plaza. I have been very impressed. The facility is very clean. The equipment is well maintained. There is a large variety of equipment with instructions for use with all of the equipment. I feel comfortable coming in for a workout.

I love the staff, they are very helpful and friendly. I also love the amount of each machine that is there. I especially love the hydrobed, perfect to use after a workout.

I can get a good, solid workout, and do it the way I want to do it, without any hassles.The equipment is well-kept and there's enough of it that any wait for a machine is only a minute or two.There's a friendly, clean and considerate vibe in the place....And I especially love the hydro-chairs! They are the perfect end to a brutal workout!

I am aware that the gym closes at 7:00pm on the weekend. I finished my cardio session at 7:00pm and was in the locker room for less than 5min. I used the air dryer and as I was putting it back to get my stuff and leave, an employee came in yelling at me that it’s 7:00pm and that I need to leave, he took the air dryer mad at me because I couldn’t figure out how to put it back and he kept saying that I shouldn’t be here and so on. He also kept walking behind me when I was taking my stuff from the locker. He made me feel so uncomfortable and I was just done with a very exhausting workout. I was CLEARLY leaving and had no intention of staying because I knew there were closing up, why did he feel like the need to yell at me and make me feel uncomfortable!?It’s so unprofessional to harass a costumer like that! I really liked the place but this treatment is so unacceptable!

I cant even begin to explain how upset I am with this gym. I had called before I even purchased a membership, explaining that I had 2 children and I read that it's up to the club whether to let 2 children in or not with me. I had explained that I do not want to go to the gym unless I can bring both children with me, and I will pay for the other 1 if I had to. I had spoken to a Tom or Todd, I apologize I don't remember the correct name. He clarified for me several times that yes, it is no problem for me to bring both boys with me at once. I proceeded with the membership. I had been taking my children with me and checking us all in 2 to 3 times a week already, only having to explain the first time that I was told it was ok. Today I had checked us all in and was called back. I once again explained the situation and was told I wouldnt have even bought the membership. They would not budge. Even the woman who had watched me check my children in with me every other time told me she can just help cancel my membership. This was rude and embarrassing and I was also lied to. And even though I had checked us in, they didn't even let us proceed with our session today. They didn't offer to work with me or give me the option to add the other child and pay an amount. I guess I was wrong about planet fitness. This was supposed to be a moral boost for my children and to help them get into shape and let go of their insecurities. I did not need this place. This was such a disappointment.

I have a black card membership and come to this gym seven days a week. About three days a week I bring my sister with me as a guest and without fail every single time she comes in she is harassed by the “seven year manager”. It has become overwhelming aggressive and rude!!! Instead of focusing on cleaning the locker rooms, cleaning the mold off of the shower curtains and trying to get rid of the dry flies that are everywhere they would rather spend their time irritating PAYING CUSTOMERS. This place would be great if it was better staffed

Very busy around 6pm. It’s less busy at 3pm. I use the step machines, the treadmill, and many others. The staff is nice and helpful. Ps you can ask for two rounds of the massage chair :3 they are so accommodating

Clean facilities and great staff. Friendly clientele. Parking is convenient. Somewhat different layout than other locations. An enjoyable experience overall, until the billing issue. After relocating to the area I needed to change my bank, I tired to change my billing information online but kept getting an error message the read I had to pick a date 5 days from the current date, which I checked multiple times, just to be sure it wasn't something I was doing wrong. I never was able to update my billing information. Where they really annoyed me was that there was no way to send a message to them online, so I guess I will have to call them and talk to someone who most likely has no way to solve my issue. I believe a contact us button is kind of a no brainers and the fact that the phone number of the club is not even on the website also speaks volumes about their competency.
