I love this location! I started here and moved within a few miles of West Erie location but plan my day so I can go to this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it is not claustrophobic or busy most of the time.

Always clean, and the people at the desk are happy to greet you and answer any questions you may have. The showers are a little outdated but everything is in good working order and again, always immaculate.

Love the atmosphere, love the friendly and helpful staff! I was afraid to join a gym because I was worried about feeling uncomfortable and self conscious because I am a bit overweight and a beginner but at Planet Fitness everyone made me feel right at home! I love going to the gym now!

I'll agree with others who have said the setup of this location is very strange, but overall a good location. Very clean, the employees are friendly, and I've found the equipment to be adequate. When you take into account the price, you're getting a great value.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The set up could be much better and the lighting is so bright that it makes it difficult for you to see anything on your phone. The area feels a little cramped and the massage chairs are a bit too much out in the open. The place is nice in general but could use a much better set up.

The machines are dirty, old and wobble. They need new ones but the staff keeps the machines clean and it's a good environment.
