As a previous athlete I wanted to find some form of structured workouts that were challenging, and since coming to total body fitness I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and endurance. I have been attending those classes for years, and will not go back to a boring gym routine. Selina works as your personal trainer and will tailor her classes to meet your abilities and help you reach your fitness goals.I have also started the accountability program, which has been the ONLY thing to help me lose weight! I am at the lowest weight and smallest size I've been in several years due to eating more and fueling my body correctly! The program has eliminated my GI issues as well, and has given me a sustainable and effective program to follow!I highly recommend these services as Selina treats her clients like family. She will help you make changes that will stick and are easy to follow! I will never go to anyone else besides Selina as she has made such a huge impact on me, my family, and our health!

I have been an overweight athlete all my life. I was working out twice a day and watching what I ate, but always struggled to lose weight. I wanted to continue my fitness journey and my mom introduced me to Selina's program. Her workouts were challenging even for a collegiate athlete. She modifies all workouts to fit each member in the class and carefully considers everyone's goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Her accountability program and food recommendations are truly the game changer. I am now 25lbs down, loosing the weight/inches and keeping it off!! No other program, diet, or pill has had this effect! She does not make assumptions or judgements. Selina is the most attentive fitness and wellness coach I've ever encountered. She makes your goals her personal mission and is truly a joy to work with! I will never go to another trainer or coach!

I have been blessed to experience the benefits of participating in the programs offered through The Way to Healthy Living. I am learning to make healthier choices, move more and read labels, all while having fun. I have gone from a size 20 to a size 14. My A1c levels, fasting sugars and blood pressure are all down. When I backslide, Selina is there to support me, without judgement, and get me back on track. Selina's enthusiasm and energy are amazing.

I am very thankful to have met Selina. My physical therapist recommended that I go to a Sampler Saturday at the Empowerment Resource Center. Little did I know that that day would change my life in more ways than I can say.Selina is not only knowledgeable and has the personality to go along with it, she has access to many resources you may need. She helped me work through something that had been causing me pain throughout my life. With Selina's help, I was able to let go and finally have peace of mind.With her program, "The Way To Healthy Living", she not only gave me encouragement and motivation, she taught me how to make healthy food choices again and get back into better physical condition. Yes, on occasion, I have faltered, but with the tools she taught me and her encouragement, I have been able to get myself back on track with no judgement.I highly recommend Selina and her services. One thing, you can count on, she is always there to support you and encourage you. She taught me that nothing is unattainable. You may have bumps in the road but keep on going (without judgement) until you reach your goal.I am forever grateful for her help.

I came to Selina as one hot mess and looking for ways to love myself and my body. I tried other weight loss programs but something was missing and that was I needed to love myself first. Selina taught me about self care and recognized my need to be perfect. She has taught me that this is a process and missteps are a part of it. I feel better about moving my body and have learned ways to silence that voice that says I’m not good enough. She is a life changer that has helped me manage life and stress!

Being healthy doesn't mean its hard to achieve. Many other opportunities are available here as well. Massage,dance and yoga to name a few. Plus a calming relaxing feeling when you are here.

The WAY to Healthy Living is a great experience! Wellness Coach Selina Uglow, offers fun classes that focus on total body fitness. I really appreciate the adaptations that are made for me personally, to accommodate my bad knees and arthritis. Not only do I walk out of one of her classes feeling better physically, I also walk away feeling uplifted and re-energized, to face the challenges of the next day! TOTAL BODY FITNESS INSIDE AND OUT!

I had one on one coaching with Selina and it was worth every penny. She'll gently point out your excuses and self blocking behaviors while kindly moving you toward wellness and addressing any special needs your body may have along the way. It was amazing to see the difference in my body with gentle exercise and not having to kill myself in the gym. She gave me a program that could work with my erratic schedule and provided lots of healthy recipes based around the foods I already loved to eat, just better options. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for something different.
