I work at a Fitness store at the mall, and I always have there employees come in and give me there coupons and I gladly take them. But when I go and try to give out my fitness coupons to their store they can’t. It’s a fitness brand. I even had my friend come in the other day and use a day pass. Ridiculous.

The cleanest and best equipped 24 I've ever been in. (I've been in many). Literally everything was perfect, and the front desk attendants were cheery as well, which is rare for 24 hour fitness.

I go to Chuze. The 24 hour fitness place is $30 more a month, the place is like so huge you take 1 minute to walk to the water fountain. The workout benches are at a set angle. The bar hits the catch hooks while you're trying to work out. The smaller gym where everything is "right there", like Chuze, works better for my intense supersetting workout. It's also a much younger crowd at 24 hour meat market. I'm a body builder and not there to socialize.

The staff are horrible. They all walk around with their chin up high like they are better than you. They have 0 awareness of their customers, they dont care if you are on the squat rack and might need that last 35lb plate on your rack, they will take it from you without asking. They look for opportunities to flex their physio knowledge even when it comes in the form of a grandma just looking for some 1 on 1, he will tell you all about your anterior delts and how they move and how she needs yo be training them. Avoid this gym on mondays, avoid this gym around 5, youll be frustrated with the amount of people. Also you'll be kicked out of the deadlift/squat area tuesdays and thursdays at prime time 6pm cause they need to flex knowledge on their customers.

I enjoyed the gym equipment, however, the management needs to invest in quality flooring pads near the squat areas especially of your going to be dropping the weight. If you don't watch yourself, one could sustain seriously injuries. I noticed this due to my experience in Olympic Weightlifting. To be a Super Sport, the quality of equipment and other amenities should be a priority to sustaining customers as well as attracting new ones.

I chose this location because it's cleaner with more up-to-date equipment and a cleaner/warmer pool. I use the pool frequently and the pool heater has been broken for 2 months. When I asked when the pool would be fixed they shrugged and said they don't know. Really?! I'm not getting what I signed up for. If not fixed by the end of this week will switch to LAF.

This facility offers every possible piece of equipment or activity desired except good customer service. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for more than a decade. 24 Hour Fitness never had an issue accepting my monthly dues; but the first time I have a concern; I'm treated with contempt by the site manager (April) and never received a follow-up call by the Regional Manager (Darrin). However, the outcome was not all bad because it spurred me to cancel my membership go check-out LA Fitness where I found the exact same amenities being offered at half the cost.

I love this location. We viewed several other gyms before landing on 24 hour. A big part of that was because of the amazing staff they have here. They're so nice and encouraging. I don't have a personal trainer there but I've asked them all kinds of questions. Mostly about having to do with my muscles and my issues not much to do with the equipment and they're super nice about answering. This one is very nice too. Lots of equipment. They just got a ski machine, fun fun!!!

I enjoy going to this 24 Hour Fitness as it breaks up my my commute. If you come before 5 it's not too packed however if it is a gym you're visiting right after work due to its size I think it's a little small for the amount of people that go there after 5pm. As far as cleanliness and service codes I give them a 5 Star review.
