Went to this location three days ago and when I walked into the door nobody to greet me at the desk because everyone was in a huddle talking and paying me no attention as a first time customer. In addition, I ask about lockers and the young lady told me they are upstairs, nobody showed me how the lockers worked and I was totally lost in this gym. Horrible customer service and the location cleanliness was not up to par. I will not return and I do not recommend going to this location.

Disgusting facilities. I don’t know why it’s the 24 hours that are the worst in San Diego? Their hours work best my schedule, but I can’t even drink out of the drinking fountains they’re so built up with scale! Pool needs a good cleaning, bathrooms are unbelievably gross!

I work out here and the gym is nice but the locker room and bathrooms are disgusting old worn out and never clean. It’s nauseating

It’s your average 24hr nothing special, locker rooms are a little old worn shower and restrooms could definitely use more attention and a renovation.Equipment is mostly good tho i do see 2 peaces that have been out of order for 3 months i do wish equipment was on lower level and running equipment was on top but it is what it is.

By far the nastiest 24hrs in north county. Soon as you walk in just smell of odor, due to floors not clean, equipment as well. Showers are atrocious, shower heads are full of hard green buildup so they don't fully work. Should of made at least 10+ showers in all 24hr gyms. Have not seen any cleaning crew since I've come to this location in Escondido.Other 24hr fitness gyms are always smelling good, seen cleaning crew multiple times day or night. Same times as this gym, not 1 cleaning crew in sight. Won't be coming to Escondido location, until they get it together. Rather drive to another location, even with these gas prices. I guess leave it for the ghetto other wise.

General Manager is terrible! If you must go to a 24 hour fitness, go to the one at the mall or anywhere else for that matter.

Open for outdoor use. Overall an easy experience. Everyone is pretty compliant given the limited resources.

Can’t see why I pay full price for less hours at the gym that is closed during all hours I would normally go and the gym never has updates or reasons for why they can’t be open 24 hours won’t be returning if hours don’t return to normal and will be going to another gym if one opens 24 hours and beats them at their own game.
