One of the fellow customers were verbally harassed and when we went to the front desk to ask for help they went and talked to the person and came back and said they couldn’t do anything for us. So we will no longer be going to this location.

Arrived to location twenty minutes before closing and there was a sign in front of the door blocking entrance and doors were locked. Guy at front just looked over and made a hand gesture they were closed when clearly it was NOT 9pm yet. No good, rude man.

Old equipment and stuff, but the vibes are aight and damn good price. 25 a month and two guests allowed every visit. That’s good stuff!

Water fountains barely work, equipment always out of order, weights always all over the place. Took out all of the good machines. Bench bars rotate way to easily so u jack up ur wrist benching. Just do urself a favor and go to mall location because this one is terrible.

They took out their new equipment and replaced it with outdated equipment. They invested in ellipticals made by Matrix (worst equipment ever) that nobody uses. They have a great treadmill that has been sitting in a corner broken for almost 2 months. Management along with corporate don't seem to care about members.

Escondido 24 hour fitness is a good full service gym. Has pool, basket ball court, lots of cardio equipment and a good workout area. Not to busy on the weekends between 0700 and 1100. Best time to work out.Glad they are back to 24 hours.

Signed up a few days ago...should've not done that. Multiple "out of order" signs on equipment across the gym, members are HORRIBLE...like, text on a squat rack for 30min HORRIBLE. Staff is friendly...but thats just cause they haven't realized how much 24 is screwin them in commission yet. I've reminded myself when I left working out here and why I left working for them.

This one lace actually feels like a gym. I like how it is a basketball court, pool, and separated weight and cardio areas. The building and equipment is a LITTLE older than the other 24 hour fitness in the mall, but the size and selection make this gym my favorite in Escondido. The bathrooms are cleanish for a gym and so far it’s been a good experience. I would add more lighting around the exterior of the building and more cameras for customer parking safety. And maybe repair a few lockers. Keep it up!

Came 20 minutes to close on 12/19/21. The only guy at the counter had the doors locked and refused entry, just rudely gave a hand gesture maybe trying convince me they’re supposed to be closed?! We would be out in time, just wanted to dip in the hot tub real quick. What am I paying for? I have never came to one of the locations where they have the doors locked when they’re open. If it was like 5 minutes until closing that’d be ok. But 20?! Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly. This guy needs some training.....
