I took over the last 3 months of someone else's membership. It was scheduled to end in July. I had used it at the end of April,a couple times in May,and once in June. I have a disabled son at home,and can not leave him alone long. I told them in May I would not be renewing,and asked them to cancel in June and July. I brought the key fob in the first week of July,while having a severe migraine. I told them I could not stay,I was very sick. He (Luke) kept trying to get me to stay longer,trying to talk me into keeping the key fob,saying I could use it when I moved. I told him we were moving to a small town with no Anytime Fitness anywhere near me. I said I have to go! I was feeling very nauseous. He said ok. I was STILL billed July 17th,even though I had no key fob! I called and emailed and messaged them on Facebook! I didn't receive a response until I left a negative review on their facebook page! The lady that signed me up (Kate?) was very rude when she emailed me,and whoever responded to my FB review was equally rude! They said there is a 30 day cancellation period,and it was in my agreement...? One,I didn't get a agreement,and two,I don't recall them mentioning that when I took over! I said ok,fine,I will be done with them after July. WRONG! They billed me again Aug.17th! I can not stop the charges through my bank,without going through the process of canceling my card,and waiting for a new one. It is a huge hassle!!!! So DON"T give them your bank info! DON'T join! It's a huge scam and when you quit,they are NOT so nice! Oh,and they charge extra for training or anything else! DON'T DO IT! :( I already reported them to BBB! Looking into suing or filing a lawsuit.

I have been a member since December 2015. Great staff. Equipment is clean and easy to use. Facility is large and always clean and well kept. You store your belongings in a safe place with cameras, so I feel safe. The staff is all female, very nice and welcoming. There is no snobby gym feeling at all. Great membership prices. Definitely will renew my membership in December!
