Jiujitsu has absolutely changed my life for the better and the community at Atos Northwest is the main reason for that. This gym has the best community of people I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. Their coaches are world class. They know how to adjust their intensity for different belt levels and strengths. The coaches make everyone on the mat feel welcome and truly focus on fundamentals and great technique. Not only do they have world class coaches, but lots of amazing athletes from around the globe come to coach and train here. Multiple World Champions, PAN AM Champions and Olympians are all a part of this community at ATOS Northwest.I started my jiujitsu journey here in this community and it is because of Atos Northwest that I have been able to learn key skills that have helped improve my jiujitsu game but helped my confidence and athleticism outside of the gym. The community here at Atos is like a huge family. They are here to support you and push you to be the best you can be. If you are looking for a fantastic workout or trying to level up your jiujitsu game, put kids in an after school program or even get better at self-defense... this is the place you have been searching for.

I’ve trained at atos for one year now and it’s honestly the best place I’ve been to. I’ve lost over 30 pounds and gained so many friendships. They have a world class facility lead by multiple time world champ Lucas Barbosa. They offer a wide variety of classes for all skill levels. I recently tried my first judo class here. lead by an Olympic medalist. Highly recommend training here! Come join us for some fun.

Atos is such a great place to be. Training here is a lot of fun. Everyone is super nice, supportive and encouraging.You can train at the level you really want to be. If you're hyper focused on competing and getting better, you can do that. If you're a hobbyist, no problem, you'll still get great training. Everyone mixes in well with each other. All the professors and coaches are happy to answer questions and help you through technique challenges.If you have kids that are interested, or you yourself want to try Jiu Jitsu, I definitely recommend Atos. Great Family environment too.

We took advantage of the opportunity to have a free week of classes, and my son loved it! He has since been taking classes at Atos Jiu Jitsu Northwest. The coaches are supportive and good communicators. The facility is kept meticulously clean. Classes are co-ed. Students are matched by size and experience, which allows students to learn without getting in over their heads. We have been very happy with our experience with Atos, and would recommend everyone to give them a try. You can try them for free so why not give them a chance??

My 3 daughters and I feel like atos is home away from home. I have trained at multiple gyms in the area and Atos is by far the most welcoming and Jiu Jitsu oriented gym I have ever been to. We have world class instructors with world titles, adcc medalist for a coach. We have student that vary from highly active competitors to middle age hobbyists. Classes for little kids and bigger kids along with women and competitors. All types of Jiu Jitsu happening here. Come check it out!

I drove up from Sacramento on a whim and didn’t realize there was an ATOS school here. Went to open mat Saturday and walked in and Lucas was at the front desk. He is super personable and welcoming, which is great because it was a little intimidating to go to Hulk’s gym. I would tell anyone not to be apprehensive and just go!! You won’t regret it!!

Been training at Atos for about 8 months now and I can not say enough good things about this gym. Everything is top tier. The professors and coaches are world class, the gym is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is always upbeat and full of positive energy. The students at Atos are all amazing as well, with people ranging from hobbyists to high level competitors, there is always someone with a matching skill level and mindset to train with. Whether you're brand new to Jiu Jitsu, or experienced and looking to level up your game, Atos is for sure the right place to be.

We recently switched our four and six year old sons to Jiu Jitsu from another martial arts and the transition has been fantastic! The coaches are SO patient and intentional in their teachings and demonstrations. They take the time to show them correct technique and the kids actually get to utilize it by sparring with partners. The coaches maintain control and their role as leaders of the class and don't allow for poor behavior, while also providing positive reinforcement as needed. My boys are loving it here and my husband and I are so impressed!
