Delta Fitness, located at 1009 Green Acres Rd, Eugene, OR, offers extensive opening hours from early morning to late evening, making it convenient for various schedules. The gym is known for having accommodating and friendly staff, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best gyms in Eugene. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was visiting home from college for 10 days and they were able to get me a pass for a good deal. Great atmosphere with friendly people all around

What a laughably bad website, you basically just bought a domain and then threw a random template on there. The join now link just sends you to a fake gym sign up site in Orlando. According to other reviews they don't honor the personal training listed online probably because they can't be bothered to remove it from the template. Hilarious.

Do not ever use this gym. Besides the absolute lack of cleanliness, it took 5 attempts to cancel my month to month membership. They continued to charge me until i finally had to cancel my card. They have no confirmation system setup and the employees appear to be told to lie to the customers. Beware the manager, he runs that place at his discretion. I'm hoping the owner sees this and makes an attempt to fix this. Though after some digging it sure appears that this is how this gym is just ran.

When I joined, I was required to pay first and last month dues. Later, canceling took numerous attempts as 800 number didn't work. Finally, I got hold of someone in India who said my last month would be deducted from my bank account, despite my receipt that clearly shows I paid my last month when I joined. Tho' the gym staff promised to refund my double payment directly, the point is they are aware of this glitch but don't fix it. It seems shady to set your system to overcharge, then require a customer to actively notice and make multiple calls to get their money rightfully returned.

Can you guys hire a cleaning and maintenance crew? The woman’s bathroom lights have been out for a month and the group classroom floor is dirty.

My son called to cancel his membership in January because of moving out of state, and today they took out another payment straight out of his bank account without his knowledge. There was no communication that this would happen, and they happily canceled his membership. I will retract this post if this crooked company returns his February payment. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I have been a loyal gym member, but in 2020 when the closed down, they continued taking my money. It was a whole deal to get them to stop taking my money although they were closed. I understand bc of the pandemic but personally I believe it's wrong bc many people were affected financially and were laid off. After a few months I was able to get my membership canceled, but never refunded for the time the gym was closed. Now in 2023 some reached out to offer me a free 10 day pass. Since they texted me, I assumed they knew I was a past member. Otherwise, how else would they have my number? I was actually looking forward to giving it another try. But when I came in, an employee said it was a typo and it's actually a 7 day pass. I thought, Ok, thats fine. Im grateful. Then it became a 1 day pass.. Then they asked who texted me, and said sorry, its actually not a promotion that applies to past members and sent me out. Idk what kind of place treats people so rude. If you're going to do a promotion, be chill about it. Maybe say, " welcome back, or, nice to have you back."? I mean, idk why else they would text me if I wasn't a past member. How else would they get my number. Idk. Overall, rude. Happy I didn't give them another chance.

I used to come here when it was International Fitness, it was a completely different environment. This place is ten times cleaner, the members are respectful, aware and I always get greeted here with a smile. The whole vibe is a positive one.

Wasted my time. Their website is deceiving and advertises to “schedule a free personal training session” when that isn’t the case at all. When I asked for clarification from the gym staff they said they wouldn’t honor this promotion even though it is highlighted on their website. I’ve never worked out at an official gym before and am unsure how to go about it. I was anticipating an experience in which I was given some guidance throughout the process, however that’s not the case with Delta Fitness. Save your money and just go to Planet Fitness.

Overcrowded and deteriorating equipment. I've been going to this gym for years --even when it was "international fitness". Since then, it has steadily gone downhill, but the price has increased ($40/month). It has two bench presses, one …
