06/04/2023 Updating my review again. I really wish our gym would do something about the filth. This was the most amazing gym under the last ownership. The showers are growing black mold on the walls now. So many wonderful amenities, lacks cleanliness is an understatement. The gym is dirty. Especially the locker rooms & showers

Lol they're permanent closed now.As far as cleanliness, yes the gym could do better in certain areas. Equipment and some work out areas needs cleaned.Womens bathroom go as far as the people who use it. It can be difficult when ladies leave their feminine hygiene products in every place BUT the proper receptacle. Leave their hair on the floor and on the walls of the showers. Alot of the pics shown are hardwater stains, I expect imperfections jn a building that's over 20+years old. Also consider that these showers are shared by hundreds daily, so yeah you might find hair and other things in a drain. BUT as far as the ladies side (shower room, locker room, etc), the water fountains, it does get cleaned and disinfected regularly. This gym provides wonderful amenities. The ladies locker room has a sauna, hot tub. Men's has that and a steam room. They do work out classes and other community events. There's racquetball and basketball courts. They have child care if you need it. Overall, it is a very nice gym.

Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. For 2.5 years, was double charging my account for membership which resulted in >$1000 in excess charges. When I discovered this, it took me 2 months to get John Lee (manager) to respond with a plan for reimbursement. Instead of a single credit, they said they would disperse the funds over 3 months. I received the first 2 months of credits. Upon checking my credit card for the final credit, I found out that my card had been charged $70 (multiple smaller transactions and a monthly membership fee). I've sent documentation to the manager and have heard nothing. I'm owed $370 and will have to cancel my credit because either the business employees are incompetent and don't know how to correctly charge accounts, or someone has knowingly stolen my credit card info.I have spent at least 30 hours trying to get refunded. Any other business would have handled this within an hour.STAY AWAY!

Definitely a well balanced, highly equipped gym, I'm actually surprised it's not crowded. I'm not one to gawk at reviews but they kinda earned it. Respect is due. Lol.

Staff members are awesome. Machines are rarely crowded. Highly recommend this gym if you’re just starting. Daycare is clean and spacious has lots of activities for the little ones.

This is a very nice gym with a great pool, super clean and awesome instructors. My only complaint is that with just two lap lanes in the pool there is great demand and no system to book or sign in to be next when a person finishes there swim. This means you have to hover by the lane waiting and sometimes thay can be up 60 minutes. If you could sign in and do something else during that time it would make much more sense.

Friendly staff and great amenities yet the cleanliness of the place and equipment maintenance has leaves much to be desired. The only cleaning I have seen staff complete is removing garbage and hanging up locker room mats. I've been on multiple days and hours throughout the week and have never seen staff disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, etc. the place clearly smells and looks unkempt. The men's locker room, I don't believe has ever been sanitized. It's almost an anomaly that I haven't got a staph infection or some other disease due to the amount of time I've spent using the facilities. The steam rooms in multiple locations have been down for several months now with no estimate for completion which is unfortunate as that is one of the main reasons for beginning my membership. If I don't see a marked improvement in both the cleanliness and maintenance of the multiple locations within the next few weeks, I will be canceling my membership.

Friendly staff ,everyone does there own thing pretty nice if you'd had a long day to swing in there and take a swim and soak in the hot tub or sauna. Very clean and a great value.

This place used to be a really great health center, but shortly after a new company took over, the place is always dirty and stinks like old dirty socks. The locker rooms are moldy and quite frankly unattended in any manner. The equipment and amenities quite often randomly are out of order. They raised the prices, but provide no customer service. It's a shame as this was our favorite place to go. No more!

Elements is welcoming and attentive to new members. Sarah is a great instructor and the classes have been fun and hard ! Great work out ! Only complaint I had was no paper towels in the bathroom !
