It used to be good until the new year, when the apartments they gave free memberships to became section 8 housing. Now the gym is full of low quality people who don't have gym etiquette. People who have no idea how to use equipment or put it away when done. People sitting on machines on their phone while lines form behind them. It's become a more expensive planet fitness, unfortunately look elsewhere if you want a quality workout facility

Friendly staff and great amenities yet the cleanliness of the place and equipment maintenance has leaves much to be desired. The only cleaning I have seen staff complete is removing garbage and hanging up locker room mats. I've been on multiple days and hours throughout the week and have never seen staff disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, etc. the place clearly smells and looks unkempt. The men's locker room, I don't believe has ever been sanitized. It's almost an anomaly that I haven't got a staph infection or some other disease due to the amount of time I've spent using the facilities. The steam rooms in multiple locations have been down for several months now with no estimate for completion which is unfortunate as that is one of the main reasons for beginning my membership. If I don't see a marked improvement in both the cleanliness and maintenance of the multiple locations within the next few weeks, I will be canceling my membership.

I just had a very negative customer service interaction, at about 5:45 PM 1/6/23, which I believe warrants a response from management. …

Reposting this because it got put back in my drafts for some reason. When I first started coming here, it was a great change from Planet Fitness. But, I've come to miss how clean and organized they were in comparison. There was a period recently where paper towels weren't being refilled and nothing was being wiped down. Went to the front to notify the desk and the guy was polite, but he handed me a paper towel roll and told me how to load the dispenser. I thought bruh.. am I gettin paid to do this or what? In the mens locker room I was mistaken for "the new maintenence guy."The front staff never leave their posts. It would be nice if they made rounds through the weightroom to ensure organization and upkeep. I don't take it out on them though, management is the issue here.By far, the most understated issue in these reviews is member conduct. The hastily abandoned weights and greasy benches would not fly in any other commercial environment.I've written suggestions for their comments box in the lounge but have never seen change. In fact, I think they've removed that comment box since then. If this gym exchanges owners in the next couple years like other reviews foreshadow, I hope it can be taken over by people who's passion shows in their presentation.

This place has always been very cost effective. There is a decent selection of equipment and a nice sauna. I had a billing issue and Nicole went above and beyond to resolve it. Appreciate the quality customer service.

This gym is good with all the equipment they have. However, the biggest concern that I have is the sanitation issue. It seems like no one is making rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the place. The dumbbells are all over the place, lacking paper towels, and sauna/steam room often has foul odor.I hope they can be strict and would not allow people wearing gym clothes to enter the sauna and steam room because no one wants to smell wet stinky clothes.I meant this review for the management to do better and I hope this will help.

Let me say something about this gym. I have been going here on and off for years. Everytime I would cancel my membership they would call a few months later and convince me to join again. Well I will no longer rejoin because: a) it is poorly …

I am updating my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. Reason is the cleanliness (see pics I've added) and repairs that really need attention. Also the pool temp. is cold. I use Elements pool 2 days a week for swimming and Echo Hollow Pool for …
