Great little gym with a non judging family attitude, 2 free classes so far and a senior class on Saturdays I just saw. Over all very happy I decided to join.

$50 cancellation fee if you’ve been there less than 12 months, and semi annual “upgrade fees” - don’t hold your breath waiting for any upgrades. Equipment is old, place feels like a dusty old middle school.

The staff and trainers here are knowledgeable and approachable, and the overall atmosphere is non-judgmental. The facility is clean and the equipment is perfect for my workout needs. I’ve tried most of the other gyms in town and would recommend Fitness 1440 over all of them to anyone!

A great, clean, and friendly gym. The staff is knowledgeable, healthy, and always smiling. The owners work there every day and try hard to make your experience at the gym a positive one. Very reasonable membership fees
