This is an absolutely terrific community-based gym with very smart exercises that work the whole body using body resistance only. The result is a very challenging cardio work out that strengthens the body with minimum chance of injury. Jon is encouraging, kind, and exemplary person.

Unfortunate that the owner willfully and actively puts his patrons at risk during a pandemic. Ignoring safety measures to make money off of you. Your life means nothing to him, only your money does.
