My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of Mike being our trainer for ~ 6 months. Not only did we see results (I lost 3ins from my waist) we had fun! When we started we had not exercised in years. Miked work with us on technique to avoid injury, he managed my boyfriends and I constant desire to want to work on different areas ( I prefer legs, he prefers arms) and he knows how to push you! We had a great experience and would recommend him to individuals and couples.

Mike is fantastic. He counseled me though my fears about heading back to a gym and being around "professionals". I hadn't been in a gym in years and my health has definitely deteriorated. Mike helped give me the courage to get my ass back in the gym, worked with all my old injuries and helps to push to make me better every session. He gives you training and routines that you can take with you and helps you avoid any injuries from bad form (A huge fear of mine from old back injuries). I highly recommend him to anyone looking to become the best version of themselves. His sense of humor is a life saver when you are uncomfortable and struggling. This guy is amazing!

My husband and I trained with Mike for about 6 months before we had to stop due to financial difficulties. Mike was a great trainer - funny, low key, but at the same time knew when to push us and how to push us. I'd highly recommend seeing him if you're looking to get in better shape!

Mike does a wonderful job keeping me engaged and challenged. He has a good sense of humor and makes the time training go by quickly (but definitely not easily). He listens attentively and makes adjustments to the exercises to accommodate an issue to avoid injury. He is not pushy but will ask you to push yourself.

Working with Mike has been an amazing experience. I came to Mike on recommendation from a friend after having a disappointing training experience elsewhere. From our very first meeting the difference from what I had recieved with the trainer at my gym, and what I get with mike was unbelievable. Mike is holistic in his approach. He makes sure to discuss nutrition and supplements but is not trying to sell you anything. He explains things. If you have an ache after a tough workout he shows you stretches, and explains why they will help. He pushes you and makes you feel like you can push yourself harder, but knows when you have hit a max and should take a break. I am having a great time so far. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a trainer.

I benefit immensely from having Mike come up with my workout routine to meet my goals of adding weight through muscle. I love coming into the gym and not having to think about what I'm going to do. After several months of working with him, I'm seeing big changes and so I've come to trust Mike. I also benefit from the coaching and Mike is always patient when I want to slow things down to get extra instruction.In summary: He's patient, trustworthy, authentic, listens well, knowledgeable, supportive, and just an all around great guy.

Awesome trainer! Helped me lose 60 lbs (and keep it off for 3 years) increase my running speed from a 13:50 min/mile to a 9:30 min/mile and has me deadlifting like a beast!

Mike has been training me since January 2015, and let me tell you, I could NOT be happier!! I am down close to 25 lbs, inches are falling off all over, I feel stronger than ever before and I have more energy! Mike pushes me just hard enough to get results but not so hard that I feel like it is too much. I always leave my sessions glistening with sweat and proud of the work I have put in. Mike knows what it is like to be working on a new body and he is patient and kind when I get frustrated with a new activity. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to ANY of my friends, and in fact I HAVE and 2 of my close buds are working out with him and seeing results as well!!
