I absolutely hate working out. Within 3 classes at StarCycle I bought an unlimited membership and my own shoes. I love how positive the classes are and the fun events like the glow happy hour class we had last month. I feel motivated and I feel good after class. I got excited that my name came up on a class I was waitlisted for because it meant I got to go again. The music is a little (ok a lot) loud for me but I wear earplugs and it brings it down to a tolerable level.

I mean this in the most loving, grateful way possible: I don’t think anyone has made me feel more like a wet swamp rat than Shanna. I never leave not drenched in sweat. It’s awesome!I used to be a big runner but ruptured a tendon in early 2022 and can no longer run long distance. Star Cycle has completely filled the cardio gap in my routine. I’ve been to a number of spin studios in Oregon and beyond and Star Cycle is one of the best! It’s always super clean, everyone is so friendly, and the instructors are amazing. Highly recommend!!

I started StarCycle without ever having done spinning before and I immediately fell in love with it because of the folks here at StarCycle! They were welcoming and had amazing energy, the space is clean and aesthetic, and I would highly recommend anyone who's interested to try it out!

This is my safe place. I do not have to worry about being uncomfortable like the gym. The instructors are all superstars who push you todo your best. Since I started I have been able to achieve the body of my dreams and a stronger mind. This is life changing. I never write reviews but this needs to be shared.

StarCycle Eugene is a top-tier temple! Led by the passionate, sweet, and positive Julie K, this is more than an exercise class, but a community safe-haven. A sure way to turn my day around. This winter, their team and the workout got me through my seasonal blues. They are consistently professional, present, and high vibrations. My classes with Elizabeth, Reesha, Daschel, and Julie left me feeling ready for the world.

I went to StarCycle classes several times while I was visiting Eugene. I found the studio to be very inviting; staff were friendly and welcoming, and the instructors made sure that any new riders were properly outfitted and that their bikes were adjusted properly. All of the classes I went to had a consistent structure, including songs that focused on tap-backs, jumps (alternately standing and sitting), and isolations (taking the bounce out of your ride). They also provide an approximately 5-minute upper body workout that you can choose to complete with 1-, 2-, 3- or 5-lbs weights (remember to grab the ones you want at the beginning of class!).Most of the songs were pretty fast - I'd estimate between 85 and 110 rpm - which made the ride nice and challenging. I saw at least one reviewer complain that this was too much - but folks should remember that you never, ever have to do anything in a workout class that doesn't feel safe to you! To their credit, I heard the instructors in this studio say so a number of times (for example, by pointing out that it is okay to go half-time during a particularly fast song). The quality of the instructors compared well to other spin studios I go to. They were very energetic and enthusiastic, providing a constant stream of encouragement - which is really why we pay for classes like these, right? The only thing they lack here is showers - so, a heads up that you'll have to find another place to clean off. They do have a couple of changing rooms, and a couple of nice bathrooms with amenities such as washcloths and dry shampoo.Oh - I should mention that they have a little child care space where apparently you can drop your young child off for an extra $5. A really nice thing for parents!!

I am addicted to StarCycle! Working out has never been more fun. The energy in the room is uplifting and you leave feeling accomplished and invigorated! The lights are down so you have some privacy, the instructors are encouraging and you even get an arm workout in!The owners are fantastic, hard working women who have designed a cool space with friendly, helpful staff. Check it out!!

I absolutely love StarCycle! It really is a party on the bike- I always leave completely drenched in sweat but feeling great. The instructors are very motivating and it feels more like a dance party than a spinning class. As a former dancer, I really love this environment and I have had nothing but positive experiences there (have been 4 times). If you are looking for a traditional spinning class, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a fun, high energy workout, this is the perfect spot.
