I came back from my first visit at the gym this morning for a 7:30am session and loved it. As a newcomer, I was delighted to meet such a welcoming coach and club. Everyone was very friendly, and the coach took his time to make sure we all understood all the steps for each of the moves. I learned I need to work on balancing my left and right sides for each techniques, and not to rely squarely on my right-handed dominance the left and.I'd highly recommend Eugene Jiu Jitsu club for folks in town looking to get into no-gi jiu jitsu!
