This place has given me a community and a whole new life. Without the gym I wouldn’t be where and who I am today. The workers are also certified DAWGS so that helps as well.

I have been into other gyms that Alex (gym owner) owns and he has done such an amazing job transforming the place! Not only does he do an amazing job transforming the gym, he creates an atmosphere that is welcome to all! This place is going to be incredible. Plus, I really like the staff. :)
