Came in for Brooks running shoes. In healthcare it’s important to have good shoes. I always try to save money as best I can since they can be $130+I asked for any of the retired versions of the Brooks in their stability shoes. I believe the shoe supervisor passed me to an employee already helping someone, and she passed me to someone else. That employee came out and said nope, the don’t have any. Didn’t even seem to try to help me. He literally spent 45 seconds with me.This is why I HATE shopping in store. I almost always just buy on Amazon. That is what I will do this time as well.

We were looking for baseballs. They had plenty of different kinds but........none of them had prices, some of them looked dirty or used. I walked around until I found a employee. I asked her the difference between the two balls and the price .. She said she didn't know.???? She then got her phone and scanned one of them and started reading me the information. Scanned the other one and read to me again. I asked what were the prices. She scanned them again and told me. I said I would probably have to ask her again because that was alot of iinfor she had hurriedly read to me. When I had more questions she was NO where to be found nor was anyone else. Then went to check out. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes. The price was higher than what the girl had told us. When I told the checker she said sorry. I paid it and was just so happy to get out of the store ... never to return!!

Called about a bike inner tube and they said inventory was online and go to website. Website said they had 2 types of the size I needed, self healing and regular. Went to the store and they didnt have them out with the other tubes. The kid I asked to help me look was useless and acted like the last thing he wanted to do was help me

Bought a Schwinn Bicycle and a Fitbit.Great sale,Great employees very knowledgeable and friendly. Not too crowded, clean and well stocked shelves. Restrooms immaculately clean.Great experience will definitely be back again.

The new location is definitely bigger & has many more clothing options. I had to search a little for what I wanted, as they have a different sorting thought process. Their products are pricey & the reward points take a long time to accrue

Excellent customer service! Low prices on everything but will match any competitor's price! Carries all sports including now Lacrosse. The Footwear dept. is newly remodeled and now carries lots more styles, especially Nike. Many experts in their sports fields to help you. If you ever need anything, they can definitely help you get it!
