Great workout. Positive environment. I am a big fan of just showing up to the classes and you do not have to think about what you are going to do that day, it is mapped out for you already. Just sign up, show up, and go. Group training is not something that was on my radar, but after going through it now since March of 2023, it is a great way to train/exercise with a great combination of cardio/weights. The different stations you run through is a really good structure to the workout. Constantly moving, I believe it is a great workout for beginners as well, you will pick up the flow and format of the class very quickly as Jeff (and other gym members) help the "rookies" along the way so you are not intimidated by being new to the workout. You will get in good shape.

I have been going to HH for years. Workouts are different everyday and challenging. You won’t find a better place to workout in Evansville. I might be bias but the members are also very friendly and inviting to new folks.

I've been coming here for years. While the workouts are definitely challenging, you can work at your own pace. The class environment isn't scary at all & everyone is supportive of one another's progress.

I have been going to Hard HIIT for 3 years and have never looked back. The workouts choreographed by Jeff are challenging, innovative and transformational. As a result, at age 55, I am in the best shape of my life. The gym group is so supportive and push me everyday! Whether a former athlete, current athlete or looking for the best way to improve your fitness, this is the place!

Of all of the different gyms/classes I have been to, Jeff’s are by far the best! You have the best of both worlds at Hard HIIT - a customized workout developed by a certified personal trainer in a super supportive, encouraging environment. Perfect for busy moms who don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym, but who want an effective workout!

I’ve been a member of various gyms for the past 37 years. Hard HIIT Fitness is definitely my favorite. I’ve worked out harder here than I ever have in my life. The group training format is fun and motivational. The owner and staff care about clients and their form and safety. In 5 years Ive never done the same workout twice. Definitely worth it!

I was hesitant to sign up because I was skeptical how much a 30-40 minute workout would do for me. I was into bodybuilding before and those workouts can be 2 hours long. I can hands down say Hard HIIT has made me feel stronger and in better shape than I ever have after just 2 months of being a member. The rotation of workouts and variations keep it interesting while also still targeting the same muscle groups every week in order to really build muscle. A huge benefit is it takes the guess work out of your daily workouts and the peace of mind knowing a world class trainer has created a specialized workout every day. Jeff and Geoff push everyone to their personal limit in the class and that's just what I needed. Highly recommend trying it out. Noon crew!!

My husband joined Hard HIIT 2 years before I had the courage to finally sign up because I was incredibly out of shape and intimidated to be in a gym. I kick myself for that because from day ONE I knew I made the right decision--I started at my own pace and best of all, the coaches and members push and support you all the way. If you want to challenge yourself and get in shape, this is the gym for you.

I have been going to Hard Hiit Fitness since the gym opened many years ago. I look forward to my workouts each day and feel like I'm in better shape than ever before. The workouts are fun and challenging. I love having pre-planned workouts that are extremely effective without me having to think about it. Would definitely recommend to all fitness levels.

Hard Hiit really brings the heat to your workouts. The workouts are intense and challenging but so rewarding. When I first started I was having trouble keeping up, but just a few short weeks and I was keeping up with some of the heavy hitters in class. Your fitness levels will improve by leaps and bounds (pun intended). Aside from the workouts being top notch, the other attendees in class are super motivating and really help push you to do better. I couldn’t ask for a better venue to train at in Evansville IN.
