They are an amazing group of people dedicated to ensuring everyone achieves their goals! Tons of class times and so many wonderful people! I started attending classes a bit over a month ago and couldn't be happier that i did! I have lost weight, gained muscle, and learned kickboxing skills! The instructors ensure that you learn the proper way to do each move, and the background music keeps me moving when i wanna give up!

Kickboxing has and will continue to change my life for the better. I signed up for the 6 week challenge back in December and just did my final weigh in tonight. I won the challenge by losing 26lbs. I fought for every pound shed and was cheered on by the coaches and other kickboxers the entire time. That in itself made a big difference. ILKB is a true class act and my fitfam. I'm so grateful I was brave enough to step out of my comfort zone and do something I'm so proud of. I set a goal and achieved it! It's truly some of the most fun exercise I've ever done. Looking forward to the next 6 weeks and beyond!

saw an ad for the 6 week challenge. said it is a free challenge. i went in for the consultation to find out it is only free is you purchase a membership. it was going to run about 600-700 dollars (42/wk for 12 weeks plus the enrollment fee) for the "free" challenge. there was no mention of being reimbursed if it was completed or anything like that. i considered joining anyway but felt like they weren't being up front.

Really enjoy ILKB!! The instructors are amazing, encouraging and help all with their goals regardless of the level of experience you walk in with. I love that there are morning, evening and Saturday classes. The monthly challenges keep everyone engaged and continuously working on personal goals!I highly encourage you to trial a class, bring a friend too!

Amazing! Warning! this activity is fun and addicting. Side affect include loosing weight, making friends and bring joy to your day! What can I say I love it. It doesn't feel like a chore when I am working out. I look forward to classes and to seeing my fit family. I truly love kick boxing!
