The best decision I could’ve made for myself was to join ILoveKickboxing! I lost 25 pounds in the 6 week transformation program. I learned how to eat healthier and make smarter decisions while grocery shopping. I love the instructors! They have not only helped me physically but also mentally. ILoveKickboxing has been a refreshing and positive change in my lifestyle. The instructors and coaches are very supportive and encouraging. The workouts are tough but I am becoming stronger every week. Sam, the first face you see is so upbeat and positive. It's hard not to be smiling when she's around, which is all the time. She is a hard worker, but always takes time for her clients with a smile on her face. I definitely recommend ilovekickboxing. You won't regret it.

I definitely recommend I Love Kick Boxing. The trainers there are great and the music is fun. My two teens boys and I are doing the classes together. I have been doing the 6 week challenge and each class is a big work out! From the warm up stretches to the kickboxing starting simple rounds at first to the speed rounds in the end. I feel like I am losing weight and getting stronger since starting this classes. Certain kicks and hits are getting easier after each class I do. Sam, Amy, Misty, Amy and Allie classes are thecoaches I have had for 1 hour and the 45 minute classes so far. They are all professional and really helpful if you get confused and need help showing you the moves again so you know what you are doing. I also bought the chocolate peanut butter protein drink inside the ilkb up front and it's really good. Will be getting a membership after my challenge is done.

The decision to begin the 6 week challenge was the best decision I have ever made. Even though it is challenging I feel stronger and more confident than I have in a long time. The team there is simply amazing. Very helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone to anyone who is wanting to be a better version of themselves

I’ve just recently started going to Ilovekickboxing and I already love it. The environment is so friendly and nonjudgmental. The instructors are also amazing and are great motivators and keep the classes fun while also providing an amazing workout. If you’re someone who struggles in a gym setting like I do and prefer groups this is definitely the place for you!

The instructors and everyone at iLoveKickboxing- Evansville are amazing! They are friendly and very welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. The class itself was a blast, but kicked my butt and my thighs are still screaming, which is wonderful! I am excited to continue my weightloss and fitness journey with the help of these amazing people!

The first day that I started with my trial classes one of the instructors sits down with you and goes over everything, explains what is in store, talks with you about your past health and your future goals. They set you up so that you can follow your transformation. Take you on a tour of the facility and immediately make you feel welcome. There are makes of every kind in class and everyone is focusing on their goals so you don't feel any judgement of any kind. They encourage you throughout the work out to keep you pumped and pushing yourself. I have thoroughly enjoyed my workouts and can definitely tell I am getting stronger. I recommend for anyone looking for a motivating class.
