Not sure why but staff seems to crank up volume on certain songs. Weird since almost everyone has ear buds or headphones.Have to raise volume on my treadmill to hear my TV show. Eric from Lombard IL

Love Planet fitness! Best gym value around and staff here is super friendly. They do a great job sanitizing and cleaning all night long and between customers in the tanning beds and massage chairs.

Pretty good place to work out. I love the app and being able to check in on my phone. Only thing that I wish they had would be a scale to check your progress. Other than that, it's never too crowded and there's tons of machines to use.

There are really great points of coming here. But some of their employees are SO LAZY that I wouldn’t join if I hadn’t already. Tonight, 3-18-22 a line waited for 15 minutes while the employee stood to the side and talked to his friend. I finally asked if someone else worked here. He said yeah, she should be around. I said maybe HE could help us. He said he was on break. Unbelievable. Everyone just kinda looked at each other. I’m thinking about canceling the more I think of it

I was overcharged for July and August 2022. Spoke to manager 3 weeks ago, still no refund. Called staff and manager over him, still no resolution. Who is allowed to unethically take your money and not return it? I guess Planet Fitness 1st avenue Evansville Indiana. Sad that this is business practices today. 😌 …

I don’t want to go into details because this place is not a bad place at all. It was just a wrong night and misunderstanding when speaking with the employees. I was stressed out after work all day and the manager Chris was amazing when helping me at making sure that my questions and issues were and answered and taking care of. I really want to make sure that Chris knows his management skills are great and I do appreciate everything he did to make the situation right. Thank you again Chris for turning a bad experience into a good one!! That is what customer service is all about.

Have lots of machines and friendly staff. The place is clean and I enjoy being there. The trainer showed us all the equipment, was a very nice guy.

Visited this location using my black card and brought a friend. This gym is very nice. Much nicer than my home gym in FL. They have tons of equipment and the layout makes sense. This location is open 24/7 and really isn't ever that busy. 👍👍👌🤙 …

I like the chill atmosphere at pf. Very laid back and usually not packed. I love that from the app you can see approximately how many people are at the location you've chosen. When I bring my teen with me she has plenty to do.
