425 Fitness has overall been a great gym to become a member of. Initially had an issue before starting a membership but they resolved it quick and efficiently. Anytime I bring up any type of concerns, they’re very quick to address them in a highly satisfactory manner. I appreciate how kind all the staff are, especially the front desk employees. They’re always very kind and welcoming. This is my first gym membership anywhere and I can say that I’m very happy with my decision.The gym is overall clean, the amount and types of equipment is good for the size of the business and the staff are friendly and quick to address concerns. The pricing for a membership also seems fair to me. Would recommend!

They just updated the interiors and put in a lot of new machines. Trainers are friendly and helpful!

Their cancellation policy is weird. They would unnecessarily charge you for extra month at the time of cancellation.
