Mildly difficult to get into classes sometimes, but they just expanded their offerings.Overall, this is a great place to work out with great instructors.

I used to go to this studio pre-pandemic and was looking at getting back into it. I love Pilates! However after looking at the schedule for the next month I found an almost entirely full schedule. Like another reviewer suggested, they must be overselling memberships, which means you'll rarely get in and spend lots of money. Buy a home machine and watch YouTube videos. In several months your reformer will have paid for itself.

Love pilates but not loving the service offered here. Lately, it is getting really hard to book classes in times/days that I need. I asked around, and some people feel the same. I have been a customer since 2021, and the only explanation, in my view, is them selling more memberships than they can actually handle. They need to expand in this area or stop selling memberships!Their app/system, in my opinion, needs an update badly. In many occasions I got off the list the night before (because of course I didn't get in the class) and my credit disappeared, so I had to call next day to have it back, even way before the 12h time window they ask. The 12h cancelation policy for classes just applies to customers. Be aware! If you don't get the confirmation the day before (happens frequently), I suggest you to get off the waiting list ASAP and get in another list. They assume that it's okay to put you in the class, even less than 2h before, and if you don't see their message, you get a "no show".Very disappointing how they work with schedules. I am not even mentioning when the class is fully booked, and then you go and see that there were free spots. I don't understand. Not getting in classes is very annoying because you never know when you are getting in or not and can't plan your week accordingly. I work from 9-6, and I don't feel I have many options to choose from classes during the week, considering my level. I love my instructor, and she is the only reason I stay.Other similar fitness services, like Cyclebar, have way better app and system. You always find classes to book, not waiting lists, even 1 hour before class. Offering more flexibility for people who work and have tight schedules is essential to any business. I have expressed my disappointment to them many times, but it seems like owners are fine with how things are going. Today, I do not recommend Club Pilates Mill Creek.

What an amazing club!I started right before Covid and when I resumed after two years, Mindy (general manager) helped me get right back in flawlessly! Very professional and caring.I’ve taken classes with all instructors and all of them are excellent. I strongly recommend this club.

Club Pilates, Mill Creek has been the perfect place to experience pilates for the first time. I started going while recovering from spine surgery knowing nothing about pilates, and being a bit intimated by the reformer. Thankfully their team is warm, welcoming, and friendly! Since day one I have felt safe and have been impressed by the knowledge of the instructors. I now feel confident working with the reformer and have successfully incorporated pilates into my weekly routine, I love it!

Excellent customer service people & a great workout. However, statistically, they are over sold on memberships for this location. They have classes all day, but you have to race each week to book a class you want - there are literally zero available classes available for me to book in the next 2 weeks besides Intro classes and waitlists are up to 10 people deep, which means you aren’t getting to use the memberships you paid for and especially not at convenient times before and after office hours, with travel time to/from. I’m disappointed because I would have loved to stick with this, but they simply need a second available gym space - especially with the new year coming up - or some competition. Pilates is in high demand in Mill Creek!

I love club Pilates! I just started in October 2021 and I’m already doing unlimited classes. They offer such a variety of different types of classes that have really helped a lot of aches and pains I’ve had before. It’s also help me realize how many things I was doing subconsciously I didn’t even realize. I will continue to work out here for years to come

I have attended classes at Club Pilates in Mill Creek for 2+ years, and I absolutely love it. I recently turned 67 and work in health care, with all the occupational issues that go along with it. These classes keep me fit, strong, and without back pain. They are 'low impact', which is very different from other workouts. This specific club has a wonderful community feeling. I have met many people there that I call 'friend.' The instructors are all wonderful, special thanks to Emily, Su Rain and Breanna. Mindy, the manager, and Mika keep things organized and going for us. They were actually open during our recent snowfall when many other businesses remained closed up to today! Kudos and many thanks to you all.

Been coming to this location since July of 2021 and love it! The front desk staff are helpful and kind. When I’ve had a flat tire on my way to class they totally understood and didn’t charge me. The instructors (Brenna, Ngoni, and Su Rain) are amazing! Their all tough but in a good way that you want your workout to be. Love that the classes top at 12 people so it never feels crowded. The app is very helpful for booking and planning your weeks workout in advance. My only bit of advice is the new schedules post on Friday so book early to get your favorite instructors and classes.
