I cannot praise the coaches enough for getting our daughter through the past 15 months with virtual and in-person practice. Over the past six years her coaches supported and nurtured her from recreational gymnastics to JO competitive team to Xcel competitive team. She has developed a strong sense of responsibility for and ownership of her body that I doubt would be present absent the rigor of this sport. Thank you!

Coastal Realm gymnastics is a great facility. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and they really care about the kids. My daughter has learned so much working with them, not only about gymnastics, but also how to be a good team member and a stronger person. I would highly recommend them.

Coastal Realm Gymnastics is a great place to develop coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and so much more. The benefits of gymnastics can help build self-esteem, and improve skills such as self-discipline and concentration. The owners and coaches are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Great for all ages. My daughter has been here for 3 years now and considers this her home away from home. She has overcome many obstacles but couldn't have done it without her CRG Family! ❤️

First day going here and we love it! The staff and coaches are great. My son is in the preschool class. Which must be a difficult age to instruct but his coach is so good with the kids. She makes it fun and is incredibly patient. I Definitely would recommend this place.

Highly recommend Coastal Realm to anyone considering signing your child up for gymnastics! My daughter is on the team and loves it! The coaches are fantastic, all about building core techniques to ensure proper form for safety and excelling in the sport. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have our daughter there!

My husband and I talk often about how we are so grateful our daughter found gymnastics; she truly loves it. She started in 2018 with the amazing coaches at this gym and we've been so happy with the progress she's made in such a short time due to their excellent teaching of proper form and technique, instilling a hard work ethic in her, believing in her, and making it so fun too. They are kind, driven, dedicated coaches; we are truly so grateful for them in teaching our daughter this awesome sport and all the positive life lessons that come along with it!

Our daughter has been going to this gym for 3+ years now & we couldn't be happier. The coaches are amazing. They are knowledgeable, fun, friendly & passionate about the sport. The facility is huge & all the equipment is top notch. My husband and I are so proud of the progress our daughter has made in the compulsory program as well as the life skills she is learning here. She is driven, passionate, disciplined & respectful all thanks to our CRG family!
