I know longer endorse Fitt Thoerem corporation fitness studios. Super sad to share I have given my cancellation notice. The amazing community that supported each other for years is dissolving as the new owner/management continues to destroy what was once awarded the best fitness studio in Kent and Federal Way.Not sure where I will find such a connected community or the most genuine coaches ever BUT it seams Fitt Theorem prefers a “Toxicity model” of bashing their staff and clients. I patiently played devils advocate for a positive transition, until numerous screenshots were shared of their current management privately message others, cancelling members who complain and even lying in messages. We are all sad to leave but we have “Fighter spirit blood” and we plan to find a new community together.Don’t go to FT unless you like to pay money, drive to class and find out it’s cancelled.

Great work outs with awesome instructors! There is a great sense of community and they have a lot of challenges to keep you motivated. Definitely worth it.

This is coming from a place of experience with the Lynnwood location, the treatment of their employees, and as a customer.Cons:The 6 week program costs you 800$. If you don't make the challenge, you might get a discount for a year commitment. If you do meet the challenge, take your 800 and run to a better program. If you see that you have a medical condition and can't keep the year long commitment, they will continue to charge you $100+ until you get every specific contract necessity. Be warned that corporate doesn't provide responses for over 3 weeks.Employees come and go due to treatment and seniority. Trainers are great but management and franchise owners are very particular. They don't have consideration or the mental withal to know when late is or what your mental health is. They will call you out on speaker for being "late" and giggle at you. This isn't all the trainers, this is the manager. So, if you can't take the heat or humility, don't come here. There are employees are gone because of lack to flexibility for their own mental health or personal pursuits for their personal and career growth.Their partnership items, (protien and celuis), can be costly, but doesn't show fulfilling benefits. Additionally, these are filled with some items nutritionists would consider "chalk fillers". Please check the items before you buy. It would be to the buyers benefit if you go get these items at Costco or a general grocery store.Pros:*Great at teaching you form*Great cardio based workout!*Highly recommend Nathalie, Danielle, Christaray, Rexx, and (I know he's there bist I believe it's the wrong E name!) Elijah(?). Forgive me. They give you that push, energy, and overall honesty if you seek their opinion.*gloves are decent! I received two for free including a bag*they do watch for physical health and provide alterations*Nutrition guidance is available with extra costsDo what you wish with this information. I hope this provides proper insite from a former FitThereom. I understand the company may give negative kickback and possibly push against my whole experience. When I say it was difficult to get out of the contract due to medical, it really was. They will not reimburse you for months missed, only the previous month. Be warned.

Their six week challenge pulled me out of a low point in my life. I got all of my money back from successfully completing it. I ended up joining the gym a month later cause the classes are pretty fun. The coaches are very kind and remember me when I come in, even the other members are kind. This gym is also never boring. The classes are super engaging and the coaches are very involved and will to help with form/modifications/other stuff lol. This gym is awesome lol

Beware of Frauds! They play with your sentiments and love your money! This is the first time ever I came across a business running only for their profit and not having any considerations for their customers. Till the time you pay, everyone will be so accommodable and friendly and really show concerns regarding your health goals. but once they get paid, they get their deposit amount, you are not been taken care of well. For your dissatisfaction of service, you will only be shown the contract where it does not mention if there is a fault at their side, what can be compensation for that. We, customers have to get mentally and physically tortured chasing them with genuine reasons. They are least bothered about their goodwill. Beware of great marketing skills, as they tend to do false promise even after you explain them goals. I wish at the time of signing contract, there should be a video recording which will support the evidence of what was promised to you irrespective of the contract. The contract says, a refund of only half of deposit is possible if you discontinue due to any injury which would require doctor's certificate, as half will be kept as payment for all the materials received ( personalized nutrition plan, grocery list, accountability group, cookbook, at home workouts, eating out guide, etc). But the contract is silent about if you do not receive any of the materials/services due to fault at their side, then how much they should refund. That's a catch!I went for first class and everything mentioned in my contract never happened with me. At the end of the 1st class, I have to chase them asking who is my coach and confront them that I did not receive any mails, nor "before photos", etc. I was not satisfied and I felt something bad happened to my body & decided to back out, as I did not receive any services or mail till then. Coach reached out to apologizing for miscommunication and pushed all the welcome emails after I communicated over phone that I don't want to do this and I want my refund. She literally told "we can work this out , first download these two apps on your phone". I was shocked and I said when I am saying I want my refund and i cant continue, then why you are forcing me to do?Since then its been more than two weeks I have been chasing billing department, coaches for resolution, but every time they make me feel it is the worst decision I have ever made in my life.Even the billing department chose which email to respond and which email not to respond.I simply don't understand when I did not got any of their materials and services which they promised that I would get on 1st class, how much impossible is it for them to refund back the amount due to failure on their end?Very disappointing experience and I lost all my faith in such kick-boxing fitness center.

I would absolutely recommend this gym!! The coaches are extremely supportive and have incredible energy. They provide all the information and equipment needed to reach and maintain your fitness goals. The classes become addicting which is good because it keeps you in shape and excited to workout. The community of other members are supportive and friendly as well adding to the overall great experience. If you’re ready to make it to the next level and become a better you, sign up!

While I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, kickboxing has been the catalyst to jump start my weight loss and strength training program. The instructors are top notch and the group sessions are a good mix of HITT and kicking and punching the bag.

I cannot stress enough just how amazing FitTheorem and the community they have built is. They survived the pandemic by offering online classes, kept our safety at the top of their priority, and helped everyone meet their fitness and health goals along the way. Being back in the gym makes it an even better experience. It’s not just kickboxing, they offer kettlebells, flow, and HIIT. Accountability is huge, food guidance is there, the coaches KNOW their stuff. As someone who is physical in her work, and has an autoimmune disorder, joining FitTheorem was the best investment I could make for my long term health.

What can I say!? What a workout! Fit Theorem has given me the best workouts. The trainers are kind, strong and not to mention excellent at making you reach your goals. I feel motivated every time I come to class. Even when I feel like giving up, they lift me up. I never felt more fit in my life.

So grateful I found FITT Theorem. Having zero kickboxing experience and living a stagnant lifestyle for 12+years, I was nervous to join. There is no judgement here. The instructors are supportive and always available to provide guidance. …
