INDUSTRIOUS - Lynnwood

I started working out with Industrious about two months ago and my only regret is that I didn’t check it out earlier. The equipment is exceptional, the facilities are clean and organized, and the staff are terrific. Not only do the coaches have expertise in fitness, but I’ve always felt they cared about my progress and were supportive.

Instructors are motivating and super helpful. Helping me push my own limits in an enjoyable way. Feels good leaving the class knowing you gave it your all. Looking forward to improving myself here!

The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. They take the time to get to know each member and go out of their way create workouts that are both effective and enjoyable.The facility is clean and well-maintained with all the equipment you need for a great workout. One of the things that sets this gym apart is the sense of community that they have created. The members are supportive, encouraging, and welcoming to everyone regardless of their fitness level.Overall, I highly recommend Industrious to anyone looking to improve their fitness, meet new people, and be part of a welcoming community. Awesome gym, great workouts with coaches that encourage and push you, and I love the sense of community among the members as well. I always feel energized and ready for a strong start to my day after every workout.

This gym is my happy place, my me time, my stress reliever. I've met so many amazing people over the last 3 years and I continue to meet amazing people. We work hard together, we laugh together, and we support each other in and out of the gym. The coaches are the absolute best and really care about their clients treating them like friends and family. Even though it is a group class you always feel that individual coaching helping you to modify if needed and ensuring you are getting the most out of your fitness journey. I am so thankful to have found and am now apart of this amazing family that Steve-O and Molly have created and continue to grow. I truly do work hard to live fit because of what has been instilled in me by all the people who inspire and encourage me every day in and out of the gym. Keep up the amazing work you are doing to change lives because it is 100% working.

I really love this gym.They are the only CrossFit gym I have ever joined, but compared to prior gyms (Orange Theory, Kickboxing, planet fitness 24 fitness) I have belonged I have had the best experience at this gym.It is not cheap to attend, but the workouts are effective and worthwhile, and I am the most fit (and leanest) I have ever been. I love coming to Industrious, instead of feeling like I have to drag myself to attend like I have at prior gyms.Everyone, coaches especially, have a positive attitude and they are good at helping you learn to use all the equipment.When I first started out there was a big learning curve to learn how to lift weights, and to lift weights safely, and the coaches were great at helping me with that learning curve.You also see a variety of different people at the gym, which I appreciate seeing a gym that welcomes both the very fit, and those just starting out, with diverse range of ages, ethnicities, fitness levels, and stages of life (a couple mothers bring their babies and workout with their baby in their carriers in their workout space; it is awesome that they have the space to do that).Right now with the pandemic everyone has their own personal bordered-off workout space to workout in, which I also am pretty happy with.Highly recommend attendance here.

This gym is exceptional! It has a very welcoming atmosphere with great coaching every step of the way. I was new to CrossFit, and I never feel alone. I am safely coached to new levels of fitness. When I leave, I feel empowered and stronger to take on the day ahead of me. Come visit this gym -you will never look back!Getting stronger one day at a time!!!

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly, and really care about their clients. The workouts are challenging, but can be scaled to any level. There are members of all ages and skill level here, so it is very diverse and welcoming. They also keep the gym very clean and have updated equipment. The Owner's obviously have pride in their business and are always reinvesting back into the business to make it as high quality as they can for their clients. Really a top notch gym!!!

I love Stephen and Molly and the entire Industrious crew. They care so much about every person that walks into their building. No matter if you are an athlete or just beginning they pay attention to everyone's specific needs to help them progress to their full potential. I go to a Different crossfit gym, but every time I walk through that door for something they greet me with open arms.

This is the best Crossfit gym ever! The Coaches genuinely care about you and take their time on teaching you and setting you up for success. I love the atmosphere in this gym, I tell people this is my HAPPY PLACE! Please take time to come in and try it out, I was sold out on my first day.
