LSAC has wonderful staff. Everyone is kind and keeps the place sanitary 24/7. The gym has all the equipment you’ll ever need and plenty of room to do your workouts.

The gym is well equipped but with old to ancient machines. They all appear to at least be functional. The facilities are clean. Staff is friendly. Not crowded. As of 1/15/22 there are no classes yet. Membership is $399/yr with no joining fee. Classes included.2/14/23 Update: After being a member of the gym for over a year now, I'm increasing my review to 4 stars. There are now lots of classes. I have noticed that equipment is frequently replaced and updated, as needed.

This gym is great! I moved away some years ago. And I need a place that doesn’t charge a ridiculous amount to come work out when I’m up here visiting family for the Holidays. It’s $25 for the week. Not bad at all. And they have everything I need to get my workouts in.

This establishment discriminates against women. They have 1 sauna, but you can only use it if you're a man. I'm thinking of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and a civil lawsuit.

Great gym, lost over 40lbs since starting here. Great selection of equipment. Mellow low key neighborhood atmosphere type gym. Men's locker room can get a bit crowded certain times of day with bathroom selfies going on, that's my only gripe. Other gyms in the area can't compare to this one in terms of equipment, quality, and price. I've checked. It's a good choice.

Helps me to keep balanced. I like how they do their fitness classes but I need to go to them. I've met some interesting people there plus I've been a member for 2 years now.
