Awesome gym, very helpful staff and welcoming environment. They have so many different machine options and a big enough space that even during busy hours you still have access to a wide variety of machines!

Awful management, I went to sign in like I always have done for the past 2 and a half months, when the manager stopped me and said I wasn't a member, that I need to fill out their wavier form everytime I come in, I laughed and said I've been coming here almost 3 months now, I'm a member, she literally repeated over and over how I wasn't a member, I said "listen, I filled out a contract, a wavier form and my credit card is on file, which by the way your going to charge again 3 months in a row, so yes that makes me a member" nope you're not a member she said, I need you to fill out this wavier form. Needless to say I'm never going back. The best form of advertising is word of mouth, luckily I'm a highly respected tennis racquetball and pickleball coach in my community, so I'm definitely going to go out of my way to share my experience with everyone for many years to come, in my book they deserve 5 👎👎👎👎👎 5 ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ and zero stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't trust the 5 - star google reviews about this place. Please refer to their rating on Better Business Bureau to understand the whole picture. Here is the review that this place deserves:Horrible experience. Poor customer service staff, if you are trying to cancel your membership - you need to come in in person (during the management business hours, which are from 9am-7pm Mon - Friday) or send the certified letter. The contract states that you can bring in your written notice of cancelation to the gym, but none of the staff will process it or even take the letter from you, as they were not trained to do that. They are reserving an excuse of saying that anyone could try cancel your membership and that they need to identify you, before canceling. However, today I came in to cancel in person and they didn't even ask for my ID (???), so how did they identify that that was me? Sounds just like another excuse to make this process longer, so you still pay for an extra month that you don't need.I've tried calling and have them identify me over the phone, using the information they had on file. But, instead, I was passed over between 4 people, every time having to explain my issue and none of them were able to help me, but just contradicting to each other. One said that you can call to manager, then manager passed me to coordinator, who just repeated the same thing that the general associates said. Seems like no one knows how to cancel a membership here or take the initiative. Which is again, should be a RED FLAG for anyone trying to get a membership here.When I came in person the lady named Sara, who was canceling my membership was giving me the attitude. I was asking very direct questions like: "If I can do my banking over the phone, why I cannot cancel my gym membership over the phone?" or "Why did your associates told me that I will be able to cancel membership over the phone with manager?" "Why can't you use my personal info on file to ID me over the phone?". Honestly, she just couldn't answer any of these questions, because she is also poorly trained just like anybody else in this place and she knew that what they are doing is not right, but didn't have anything better to say then just "Send a certified mail, if you cannot come in person" - so they could still charge you for an extra month. Or I could come in person (as I did today) taking a time off work (losing money) and still not getting the help I needed.This is an immoral business practice, because they are deliberately not canceling your membership in order to charge you for extra month. And just for that one episode I would never recommend this gym to anyone.But my review is not over, yet:On top of poor customer service - this gym is poorly maintained. The smell on the way to the pool from man's locker room is terrible (more than usual). Lockers are dirty, smelly and have a bunch of dry skin flakes and stains, and only God knows what else, maybe their cleaning staff also needs to be trained on how to maintain a sanitary GYM?Pool is always dirty and the steam room is in constant repair, since last year. This is relatively new gym that opened like a year and a half ago and is constantly in disrepair and dirty (How?).Personal trainers are flaky and do not show up for the scheduled appointment times. You literally have to walk around the gym asking their name like an idiot, in order to find a person that you've paid money to train with. Once I found my trainer providing a training to someone else they thought was me - another indicator that they don't care about verifying who you are....(???)Once again, horrible experience, I do not recommend this gym.I hope this will help somebody out there not to make the same mistake I made.I will try to add photos to my review later, if I have time.

I love the spin and the body pump classes, great instructors and terrific workout. The frustration is around the microphone for the instructor. Often they don't have one / or it doesn't work. Makes it a challenge to hear.

Would give it 5 stars for the other gym members/gym vibe and the staff is always super cool. But in the last 2-4 months cleanliness has went down, and closing at 8 on weekends is treacherous lol. Extending weekend hours and getting the place cleaned consistently again would place it at 5 stars easily.March 26th UPDATE: gave an extra star because they have been a bit cleaner. Still some areas they could work on. But all around has been better. Staff is awesome as usual.May 26th update: gym not open at 5:36 been here 45 minutes. Pre workout has me itching, this is insane. Second time this month.

Great environment, super welcoming and friendly. My trainer justin was super helpful and kind and really supported me. Great machines as well, very clean gym!
