I love that every single workout is completely different no matter how many times a week/month I go. Classes are inclusive and accommodating to every fitness level and goal. Coaches are encouraging and inspiring, and make sure we always have the best tunes to work out to. Michael and Solomon at the Mill Creek Studio are awesome! From the moment I came in they made me feel welcomed & part of the OTF Mill Creek Fam! Super nice guys! Also shout out to Coach Jonathan who had high energy & great music during class that helped me push myself during the Orange Everest treadmill climb! I will definitely be back to the Mill Creek OTF studio!
