The staff at Orange Theory of Lynnwood is wonderful. I was not in the best shape and a felt awkward at but they are encouraging and have they truly want to see you succeed.

Love this studio. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Coaches are amazing . All of them bring positive energy, provide great support and individual coaching

Super great workout! Nice new location. I just wish there plans weren't so expensive or you could buy 20 anytime classes that dont expire like you can at yoga.

I “tried” sticking to a workout plan for 9 years. I’d be committed for the first week, somewhat the second week and gave up by week three. As a father of three and business owner, I don’t have time to workout. Orangetheory fits my schedule, it holds me accountable and challenges me. I would highly recommend it and the trainers at the Lynnwood studio!

I can't say enough awesomeness about everyone at OTF Lynnwood! From the front desk to the instructors to everybody who takes classes there it's the most positive experience every time I go. My body is changing in all the right ways and I can't thank you enough for all the positive energy and feedback along the way.

I love the variety of the activities. You just never know what to expect, but you know it will be challenging and fun. The coaches are amazing. They are quick to answer questions and offer modifications. And, they encourage along the way! I love OTF!
