Such an amazing group of coaches! The staff makes sure you feel included, no matter your fitness level. During the last class I took, I was pushed, but I was also told to only judge myself by where I am and what I want vs comparing where I am to others at different levels. That message, in my opinion, is gold.

Wildstyle is the best! Every single coach is incredibly kind and high energy. One of the most amazing fitness communities/dojo/gym I have ever been a part of. MMA boot camp is my favorite!

Recently joined and the coaches and other members foster a community that meets you where you're at and everyone celebrates you just being there. The hardest part is showing up to class. The commraderie here is amazing. Workouts are great. No sense of monotony. Drop by and do an introductory class. You'll be hooked. The app they use for classes makes it super easy to work with your work schedule and show you all the classes available for your level.

Edit:We had to cancel our membership because we need to be away for about 5 months. I was initially told that you pay the enrollment fee ONLY once and NEVER have to worry about it again. Well "never again" turned out to be any period more than three months in a row. I was also told the monthly fee is 150$ but that is not true since they bill every 14 days. This is still a good place if you are ready to commit there for a while AND make sure you read every single word of the contract before you sign. I still love the couches there a lot, but I believe transparency is more important than skill. So, I am downgrading to two stars. I still hope to see more flexible options. I still love the classes, but I don't think I am prepared to sign another contract there. My son loves this place, and has learned so much since we started in May. Last month, his enthusiasm went down a lot and I thought we hit a wall. I shared my concerns with coach Jason, and he took them seriously. They were able to win him back and help him get his yellow belt. The monthly fee is great considering that you can go each day if you choose to.

My wife and I have been going here for a few months now for kickboxing and grappling, as well as a few of the boot camp classes. All of the coaches are wonderful - Head Coach Jason is as down to earth as they come, and displays a rare balance between constructive feedback and encouragement. My wife has grown immensely as a person and a fighter in her time under his teaching.Coach Joey, who teaches most of the kickboxing classes, is upbeat and knowledgeable, and always takes the time to break down what he’s teaching so that everyone can understand. If you’re looking for a gym where you can grow as a human being and a martial artist, this is the place.P.s.- I accidentally elbowed Coach Joey in the head in my first grappling class, and instead of getting mad and choking me out (which a lesser man would have done 😂) he reminded me to calm down and continued to roll with me, embodying respect and self control in that moment. We love our gym & haven’t regretted joining for one moment.

I joined the gym a little over a month ago and it’s been fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the coaches are amazing! The workouts are hard in the best way and really push me towards my fitness goals. I have tried both kickboxing and boot camp and enjoy them both. I’m so glad I signed up and am so appreciative of all the support and encouragement I get from everyone at Wild Style!
