For the small kids class the instructor was super fun yet strict and didnt let the kids get away with too much. The kids had a blast and ran around the whole time.Maggie taught my class and was freaking superb. Super motivating, great playlist, seems like shes been teaching for years. Also so personable and it seems like everyone loves her

The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the get go. There is high positive energy here which makes very encouraging, motivational workouts. I wouldn't think twice about joining! Finally happy with my new gym!

While I have yet to attend the physical gym due to personal location, I have attended multiple lessons with or by Jason Morris and several of his coaches or fighters. They've always been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, laid-back, and a genuine pleasure to learn from. When I next find myself in the locale of the physical gym, I will absolutely be stopping in for a class or two, even if I need to slip it in during a trip or between events out there.

I have had such a great and welcoming experience so far at Wild Style Gym. From the coaches to the other clients, everyone is very encouraging and has amazing goals they are all working towards - and working hard! The programs are great! I feel really accomplished and sore after classes and feel that I am going to be able to attain the weight loss and strength goals I have. I love that I picked a plan that will include a nutrition plan and that Dara has dedicated her personal time to involve herself in my goals and lifestyle. I appreciate all the coaches and look forward to continuing my journey here!

Energy, Tempo, Focus, and it's really a ton of fun. Sara and Jason are like caffeine personified. They're so much positive energy you might think their last name was Proton. The classes are well timed, the family of fellow students are great and accepting, and the price is criminally cheap for the level of service. I love it.

I have been going to Wild Style for a little over a month now. I go almost every day and love the team here, everyone is super welcoming and supportive. It doesn't matter what your starting point is, the coaches can and will adapt any of the exercises to fit within your current ability level. There is not a drop of judgement from anyone coaches or teammates. We are all at different places in our health journey and that is okay and welcome. What you will get is bucket loads of incredible encouragement. If you get hurt, the owners are understanding and don't try to rip you off for membership dues. They are happy to pause dues so you can recover properly. What gym does that?!This is not your typical gym where everyone is a stranger waiting turns for equipment, this a family who trains to be better together. The unique thing I see here is the coaches are also taking the classes alongside the students, they know what the classes feel like and what is the right amount of intensity because they partake in the training as well.As for financial value, I can't believe what you can get compared to any other facility. For around $100 a month, you get unlimited instructor lead small classes, available nutritional guidance, true challenge and physical growth, and new friends who care about you and your journey. I am above average attendance for sure going to about 8 classes a week, but where else can I get group classes in bootcamps, yoga fusion, sparring and grappling that comes in at less than $3 a class.I was paying $15 a class for water fit and making small gains, but now for less about half the monthly expense, I am making significant progress on my goals and having a great time doing it.If you are thinking MMA and kickboxing are not for you, well I didnt think so either. Seriously, who wants to get into a cage and get punched in the face?!... Not high on my priority list! That is of course an option if that's your thing, but thats not what the team is pushing. What they are pushing is working at your pace and ability, and just making progress to be better through the sport of kickboxing and MMA.In my limited time at Wild Style so far, I am getting almost daily comments on how my body is changing. I just had to clear out about 75% of my closet for clothes that are too big to consider wearing anymore, what a great realization moment of success and renewed motivation! I can't wait to see what will be the next victory in my journey will be.

My son has struggled greatly feeling as if he “belongs” anywhere. In the last weeks his posture is a little different. He’s becoming aware of himself and others. He’s observing boundaries and setting goals and feeling “seen”. I’m grateful for this gym. I’m grateful for the leadership, community, and investment in my kid. In a short time I see an immeasurable difference. Tonight he practiced tying his belt and before he went to bed asked that if I wash his shirt and belt I keep track of them and make sure they don’t touch the ground. 🤭🙌🏻Thank you to his coaches! He’s setting personal goals for the first time. Highly recommend.
