The owner is a good guy...no pressure. i love the gym...the music isnt loud and obnoxious...people are there to work out. i didnt notice anyone sitting on equipment looking at their phones. Very clean n up to date.

Awesome gym! It has lots of equipment, the people are very nice, and there is never a long wait for equipment which is awesome, Junior is great too, and very helpful both with showing how to use equipment but also when I have issues, this place is worth every cent!

Came on a weekend, the temperature was way too hot and there was equipment scattered all over the gym. Floor wasn’t vacuumed, super dusty. Didn’t feel sanitary in the bathroom. Not sure if it’s because it was a no-office day, but it made training a lot harder than it had to be. Super uncomfortable experience

Very accommodating equipment despite the small space. I was surprised at their variety in cable attachments abdomen equipment and leg press accessories. The price is a bit steep but it is open all the time and that's hard to find around Solano co
