Appalled by manager and Samatha owner applied for 10$ special taking care paralyzed son never had time to utilize gym yet someone whom had access forged my signature moved me to &25 mth plan charging my account two times a month manger literally lied regarding my signature when my signature totally different yet tried convince me my signature may look different on pad No Nor my signature unprofessional liars acting like we’re on the streets going back and forth with me being overcharged forged signature will b going civil court

Bad manager Loren Green. I canceled my membership due to her poor professional behavior. You don't hang up on your customer no matter how upset the conversation is. You don't talk over your customers in order to get your point and not listen to your customers. Finally, if you've ever taken any training on customer service: the customer is always right. I know I was a customer service representative at an AT&T Call Center, and management always tells us that the customer is always right.

first time in. the accessible/handicap shower stall looks like this. this is nasty and unsanitary. it isnt white hard water stains, its yellow and brown. there was an employee dusting the locker room with a cleaning cart out and unused, looking bored. they could clean it, they just don't care.response to reply below: you don't need me to email you, just fix it ? why do you need a customer to walk you through cleaning your gym ?

Beware. There are thieves among us. Although you have to scan in..its crazy other members will actually cut your lock off and steal your stuff out your locker. Tells me must be walking in with their own lock cutters or really fast at picking your pad lock.

This place is a dump. The restrooms and locker rooms are always dirty. No soap in the bathroom. Hand Sanitizer machines empty and equipment smells like must. Laziest workers at any gym I ever saw!! The manager Laurie is a joke. I called to talk to her about my membership and the front desk said she was busy. What she should be busy doing is cleaning that dump up !!!!

They DON’T ever answer the phone and rude front desk
