My locker, as well as someone else, was broken into. My keys were stolen, nobody was out front to stop the person. Awful, I hate this place. You are not safe at this gym, your keys and wallet are not safe. Steer clear of this place.

I just spoke to one of the representing that works very nice and polite looking for a gym with a pool and she suggested another gym which I thought was as very helpful for me it seems the people there are very humble,helpful and want you to succeed in your goals! I can see why the high rating if the had a pool I would be member In heartbeat well thanks for leading me on the right direction!!!!!!!

Walked in to sign up put down debit card she told me they need bank routing information which is different than what I’m used to so I called my wife to text me the info so I could sign up. Then I ask to use the restroom while I’m waiting and she refuses saying it’s only for members. As I was ten min from being one this was trivial and rude I left. Now after catching abdiel at anytime fitness down the road I’m set up. The 28 workers coming to do work for Budweiser of which 16 workout regularly they won’t be coming here! Bad customer service with a smile is still bad customer service.

Just like how's its advertised "Judgement Free Zone." This gym is very well kept and the members always do a great job wiping their machines after use. The staff is very friendly and do a tremendous job of helping new members. A lady with red hair at the front desk helped check me in when I was just a guest at the time. Seriously, this is way better than In shape and 24 hour fitness gyms. Cheaper plans, clean gym, and no judgmental people.
