Not crowded. Desk staff always very friendly. Machines always work and plenty of weights and mats. A smoothie bar and use of massage equipment for all would give it a 5 star. Oh and towels.

I have been to many Planet Fitness cross country and this has been the most dirtiest . The women toilets and showers were disgusting. Hair, toilet paper and dirt everywhere. Just look at the pictures to get a glimpse of it ...

One shower in men's room is missing a showerhead for who knows how long.There are 2 possibilities:- showers never get cleaned, so no one notices a missing shower head(like pipe sticking from the wall with no head!)- whoever cleans showers (should be multiple people) doesn't care

Although I share with other reviewers, I agree the good points are it’s open 24 hrs , it’s clean and spacious but with all that rooM , FREE WEIGHTS AND INDEPENDENT BENCHES ARE A MUST IN ALL GYMS NOWADAYS the smith machines are fine but always taken and not enough off them , add more dumbbells with increased weights why is this an issue that can be easily fixed? ADD MORE FREE WEIGHT BENCHES AND HIGHER WEIGHT DUMBELLS

The main reason I am a member at Planet Fitness is that my local 24 Hour Fitness closed making this the only local gym that is open 24 hours a day. The price point is also good at less than $14 a month. The equipment is generally well maintained and operational. If weight machines and cardio are your thing than this place has all that you need. If you prefer free weights then you'll likely find this place lacking. There are no free weight bench press or squat racks. You will have to use the Smith machines in place of that kind of equipment. Dumbbells only go to 75lbs and they don't really have enough plates for people to use on all the Smith machines and the leg sled at the same time. Although that may only be an issue when it is busy.

The staff are always so welcoming, no matter how you show up, there are no judgmental vibes happening at this PF. Also, the staff hold a higher standard for keeping the gym and facilities clean! 4 stars because there is always trouble with the billing.
