They will steal your money when you try to cancel after your year long contract. Overpriced gym as it is, can go to any of the nicer gyms for almost half the price. The tanning bed is also always locked

Never too crowded and always generally clean and friendly feeling. Most of the clientele keeps to themselves and I wouldn't have it any other way while working out.

Beware! I had gone for 2-3 years, tried to cancel due to covid... multiple emails letters etc. they still wnated to bill me. and gym update fee for a membership I no longer had. I refused to pay. Guess what? Turned over to collections. This is FRAUD and shameful so beware before you sign a contract. T"hey don't let you cancel without jumping thru a million hoops . Shameful

They gave me a month credit for charging me $50 while the branch was closed due to covid-19.When I was automatically transferred (due to relocating) the credit did not transfer over and they refuse to refund me.

Very nice gym. Clean and fresh looking. The staff was friendly and professional. Only 4 stars because the pricing was kind of confusing and pretty expensive.

Seems to be set up good except there is not nearly enough equipment for the area it is in. It has plenty of ellipticals but needs more bench and squat racks. Spent an hour waiting for one to open up while there was one or two people using the 40 treadmills and ellipticals.

Had an issue with billing so their billing service called me and said I owed for a couple months and the fees associated with missing payments. Whe I heard the amount of the fees, I demanded to talk to customer service. She explained she worked for a third party service and gave me the email of someone at Anytime I could reach out to. I sent the email and left a voice mail at the local office. No one got back to me. Last week, sick of waiting, I called them to just pay the bill and move on. The third party billing service had already sent it to collections. I called the local office and finally spoke to a manager who said she is new. She said she would reach out to the regional manager and get back to me the next day. I waited two business days and called to get the voice-mail yet again. I just called for the second time and was told the manager just got back to her saying there was nothing they can do. Horrible Customer Service!!

DO NOT ENROLL HEREI was paying for a dual membership for my father and I. Enjoyed it while I used it, but decided to change things up and my father moved out of state. I canceled both memberships back in March of 2020 in person with the manager of the time on site. She gave me the paper. Signed the form needed. And I was assured things were good to go. My account was continued to be charged for 6 months. Called and called and called. FINALLY the new manager calls me and says she found my form that was NEVER SUBMITTED. Again I came in to confirm and she assured me this would be taken care of and I would be reimbursed for the months after my membership should have been cancelled that was charged for anyway. Around $500. But I just recieved a call today that my claim was rejected because apparently the my form was not signed by a manager. So my money is being stolen from me because of a mistake that happened in house and was not in my control.The one star is minimum. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not any location, as this goes beyond this location and involves the company as a whole.
