I decided to become a member of Fargo Fitlife after taking part in one of their 6 week challenges. It was the push I needed to get my health and fitness back on track and to stay on track. I’ve been a member of a few different gyms in the area and I’ve already seen more results from Fargo Fitlife than I have all others combined. The trainers really motivate and push us to give it all we’ve got during the classes and I couldn’t be more grateful for them!I will admit, before joining, my hesitation was whether the classes were really going to be high intensity... they definitely are! I challenge you to check it out if you have any doubts. You won’t regret it!

I did the 6 week challenge through Fargo FITLIFE and loved every minute of it!! The simplicity of the nutrition plan makes it so easy to meal prep each week. The food and recipe options were easy to make and affordable! The workouts were a great way to get a quick 30min workout in but still burn a ton of calories! The lessons learned will be continued as I continue on and keep myself accountable!

My experience at Fargo Fitlife was awesome! I did the 6 week challenge. It was exactly what I needed to motivate me to reach my weight loss goals. The 30 minute workouts are challenging and something different every day! I loved that I never knew what I was getting into each day! The workouts flew by! The trainers are great motivators and everyone was very welcoming. I learned many tricks for putting the right foods and portions in my diet plan. I would definitely recommend Fargo Fitlife for a comprehensive approach to your health and fitness goals!!

I started with the 6 week challenge at Fargo FITLIFE and have decided to continue my membership because I saw results!! This gym provides you with challenging 30 minute workouts, a nutrition plan, and the accountability/motivation you need to keep pushing toward your goals. Jenny, Anna, and the other trainers are all fun, motivating, supportive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. The small class size allows you to get to know the other members and support them on their journey. I’ve been a member at a few different gyms...this one is my favorite by far!!!

I lost 14lbs and 5% body fat in 6 weeks!! Jenny, and all the staff, truly care about you as a person and are passionate about helping you meet your individual goals! The group training classes are small in size, which gives the trainer the ability to make sure you are getting what you need out of each workout, and they are only 30 minutes so you have no excuse not to make it part of your day! The personal check-ins from Jenny keep you on track and accountable for your own progress. I began as part of a 6 week challenge and loved my results and chose to continue to have Fargo Fitlife as part of my daily life! If you are ready to make changes, see results, and have great people motivating and challenging you along the way, I highly recommend Fargo Fitlife!

I started Fargo Fitlife on the 6 week challenge with a friend and had great results! I have found that diet is just as important as the workout. I love the 30 minute workouts that are different everyday. The instructors are always encouraging and motivating you to reach your goals. If you are ready to see results I would highly recommend Fargo Fitlife!

I Started at Fargo Fitlife with the 6 week challenge but have decided to continue on with the membership, because I love it. The workouts are only 30 minutes, but high intensity and the instructors are really motivating. The challenge also helped me see that pairing the right diet and exercise you can see results. I am looking forward to continuing and seeing even more results.

Love Fargo Fitlife! Jenny and all of the trainers are motivating and fun! High intensity 30 minute workouts get the job done and the trainers help you to modify to your level. I love that everyone is supported and welcomed here, no matter where you are starting! I just completed the 6 week payback challenge and Jenny kept me accountable and motivated to reach my goals!

I’ve been working out for years but recently found myself at a plateau. My friend and I tried a few gyms before settling on Fargo Fitlife. The thing I like most about the gym is the workouts. The heartrate monitor helps me to push myself to the next level. The instructors here keep the environment positive and motivating! I also learned that changing my diet was important. After following the six-week challenge eating plan, I met my goal and said goodbye to the plateau I was stuck on. I would recommend Fargo Fitlife it your looking for results!!

I love being able get a quality and intense workout done within 30 min of my day! Jenny and the rest of the coaches are amazing and encouraging and I actually look forward to my workouts instead of dreading them!
