Great place to go! Friendly and helpful staff who will help you in any level of ninja from kids to adults. Always clean facilities and they change around the obstacles from time to time to keep your ninja game strong! Highly recommended for beginners and advanced ninjas.

They are such a welcoming community that want you to succeed in your goals. Whether that goal is to be able to swing through the rings or climb the warped wall, they are there helping you on how to achieve it. Not only is it for adults, but a wonderful family fitness center. They have age appropriate obstacles that will challenge you and your kids to improve. It never feels like I’m working out but playing with a bunch of friends and family.

Love this place! It’s giant, clean, well organized and so much fun for all ages! My 18 month old enjoyed running around and dancing to the music while my 6 year old did all the ninja things! If I wouldn’t have been watching my 18 month old I definitely would have tried the obstacle course 😃 The staff is super friendly and accommodating as well. And they even have a massage chair- so parents can relax and kids can go wild 😁 We had our sons bday party there too which was so fun! Highly recommend!

We have been going to 4 star for over a year now. My 7 year old loves it. Not only has she gotten stronger and more confident but she has also grown socially. The owners are amazing and so encouraging! They know right where each student is at and meets them there with encouragement. My daughter has had a TBI and a lot of trauma in her life and the both the support and encouragement along with the physical aspect has helped her in so many ways. It’s also a great place for a birthday party!

Love this gym! Staff is so encouraging and is truely what sets this gym apart. The coaches get to know the kids well and know their strengths. Achievements are celebrated, and that is different for each kid. Clean and engagingbfun. My kids never get tired of going and bringing friends.
