I have been working out at MELT with Brad and his team for over 7 years now and it is by far the best workout program I have ever done! The workouts are challenging but never boring. What I like most is that I just have to show up. The workout is designed by Brad so I never have to think about what I'll do when I get there. After 7 years, he still finds new exercises and I still get sore! The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. I can't imaging working out anywhere else! Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

MPF is awesome! Brad and his team do an outstanding job of mixing up the exercises, helping you with questions, and making sure you are executing the movements correctly. For me, I realized I wasn't getting the workout I wanted until I joined MPF. I have been a member for over 2 years and absolutely love these workouts! I tell my friends, you have to try this place!

I give MPF a five star review for many reasons: 1) the workout format: Usually cardio is first followed by weightlifting. Arms and backs Mon Wed Fri, legs and butt Tue and Thur. 2) The variety for each of these is never ending. Brad is always trying new things as well. You don’t have to figure out for yourself what you are going to do, it is all done for you. 3) all the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and pushing you to do your best. 4) you work out with people who quickly become friends- great friends! 5) if you happen to get hurt, or sick, or miss a few sessions, Brad will check in on you, provide modifications if needed, and encouragement to get back to the gym do you can stay active and healthy. 6) there are challenges frequently that keep you motivated, nutritional advice, friendly competitions. It is so much more than a gym!!!

I attend the Melt class about 3 times per week and it has been a great move for me related to fitness and nutrition. The workouts are different every time and include both upper and lower body options. The staff keeps it fun and is very motivating. I have participated in many of the "challenges" where food journals are submitted and have greatly benefited from the nutritional advice. Great workout option for all ages and fitness levels!

I moved to Fargo from Minneapolis/St. Paul and wanted a gym with a good community of people and variety in a workout that kept me coming back. That was 6 years ago & MPF still continues to be the highlight of most of my days! Brad, Jon, Tara, and Nolan know their stuff, are friendly, and motivating. I love this place, the community of friendly faces, the variety in the workouts, and not to mention, I continue to be in the best shape of my life.

I have been working out at MPF for about 6 years now and love every minute of it! Brad is truly the most dedicated and hard working trainer I know. He cares about his clients and always has a great attitude...always - don’t know how he does it.

I've worked out with Brad and the team at MPF for the last three years and it is a place that I never get bored with. I think the experience works well for first-timers and experienced fitness junkies. You control how hard you push it and the trainers that are involved in the open sessions or the classes will motivate and guide you if you want it.I'll certainly be back!

I love working out at MPF. The ability to come at anytime of the day and jump in and have that days workout ready for you is awesome. The workout is easily customizable for all skill levels as well as anyone with an injury or restrictions. I have been going here for over 5 years and would highly recommend to anyone!

MPF is great! I thought the system was confusing at first, but then realized that's it's just circuit training with athletic trainers to help. They answer my questions about the exercises and will keep tabs throughout the session. My work schedule is sporadic, but MPF's hours are very accommodating. I show up when I want to and leave when I'm done. Best gym I've ever been to.UPDATE:My wife and I recently had to move from Fargo and we miss our gym! MPF was fantastic. I am so pleased with the strength I gained there.
